This hotel is for anyone who’s on a tight budget while travelling to Singapore. The room itself and the restroom are quite small so it’s better to set your expectations accordingly. However the location is great with access to nearby public transport.

Staying at Value Hotel Thomson was a pleasant experience. The hotel offered comfortable accommodations, friendly service, and a convenient location. Although it's not luxurious, it provided good value for the price and met my needs for a short stay in West Hollywood.

It was a great stay! I just had six days stay. The staff were so friendly and helpful specifically Mr DiDi and Mr Raj from the front office. They helped me out by giving me the same room when I decided to extend my stay. This actually saved me from having to pack and unpack and shifting rooms just for a night. That is really considerate. I would definitely stay here again!
The only slight problem would be the fact that the room is slightly dusty. But you can always wipe it off with wet tissues 😉

The room is small but quite neat and tidy. The hotel has a outdoor swimming pool that is located at 7th storey and it is clean. However the gym facilities are very poor and limited. There are only 3 workout machine (1 treadmill and 2 bicycle machines), of which the treadmill is out of order and 1 of the bicycle machine is faulty. Overall experience still pretty good

Customer service of this place was truly a bitter experience. First they mislead us hiding extra taxes and argued continuously when questioned. We booked 2 rooms and one was really smelly (rotten milk or mead kinda smell ) Later they changed the room. Very rude and inconsiderate people they are. Be aware when visiting. Rooms are super small but value for money when taxes are excluded! ????

Went to the Balestier Value Hotel. Didn't know there was 3 "Value Hotel" with the same name on the same street! Ended up at the wrong one and had to take the bus back. Reception was fine on both of the Hotels I went. Convenient too. However the shower is rather small and I kept hitting the tap by accident while showering. Beds were fine. There was basic TV.
