I would like to thank value hotel....bcz the room view was amazing i requested I want the upper level they accept my request then they give me a 9 floor it was amazing...cleaning was superb thank u so much for fulfilling our wish...

The hotel was clean and well-maintained with housekeeping keeping things in order. Staff were friendly. The location was decent, though not the most convenient for getting around. Overall, a fair experience, but it could be better with improved service and a more accessible location.

Location was ok , got bus station. Mrt is a bit further. Nearer mrt is novena or toa payoh.
Ac is not working well and was leaking water too, but can't complain much for the price you pay for. Just a Quick sleep and go if on budget. Got a decent size swimming pool and also a gym room . Few eateries around .

Too bad. Room not attractive, old paint colour. Room was not cleaned, very dusting, spiders web can be seen clearly all around corners. Air conditioning not well. Bad experience
