All Together Suite Hotel

An older style hotel, with a bit of wear and tear. Missing a lot of small things in the rooms, which to me make a big difference. The rooms are comfortable, and the shower area is clean, but they can still be cleaner. Kettle provided, but no coffee cups or spoons. No notice to advise cleaning staff that you don't want to be disturbed or ok to clean the room. No toiletries such as shampoo and soaps toothbrushes, hand towels, tissues. Water pressure and heat in the shower are very good. The air-conditioning system was OK, but not great. Cooler in one area, but hotter in the bed area. The room we had was quiet.
The pool is a great area, a good-sized pool, and good seating around, but the atmosphere is poor. Some shaded areas via small gardens and more greenery would be great. Some shade umbrellas would also be welcome. The pool area of a nighttime is quiet and nice, with the blue colour of the pool and surrounding lights. Another letdown is no pool towels available. You use your room bath towels. The saunas are totally not functional.
Some great cafes and restaurants are very handy. Excellent laundromat and coffee shop is a very short walk and very well priced.
Overall, some small improvements at this hotel would certainly improve customer satisfaction.

I recently stayed at the All Together Suite and had a mostly neutral experience. The location was great, as it was within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. The staff were also friendly and helpful, and it was appreciated that two bottles of water were included in the room. The WiFi in the entry worked well, which was convenient. However, there were a few negative points to my stay. I encountered some more insects in my room, which was unpleasant. The shower was also broken and didn't work properly. It was also disappointing that there was no shampoo provided, and the WiFi in the room wasn't usable. Additionally, the pool was closed during my stay, which was a bit of a letdown. Despite these issues, I would still recommend the All Together Suite to someone looking for that specific location.

-Staff was helpful, even though we had a strong language barrier. Left my luggage there for a few days following check out with no extra charges.
-The morning buffet is overpriced though with little options. Better just walk around unless you have no time.
