Centric Place Hotel in Bangkok

the location is good, very close to the central 9. however the overall facility is old and broken. does not worth to stay . The staffs who do not speak nicely with the customers. Not recommended , and no more next times to stay with this hotel.

I never write negative reviews but I have to do it for this one.

First the only two positivies.

Staff:
They have been polite, kind, and smiles every single day, I didn't have to interact much but they have been amazing when I had to and check in and check out have been smooth, less than 5min each.

Location:
You are in a prime location as you have two malls next to you and all you could ever need. Transport is good and you are near the train station for the airport if you need it instead of grab.

Negatives:
Hotel is old, frail and everything can be heard from neighbours. One thing I didn't like at all was the fact that the rooms are connected in between with a door but I don'r remember this being mentioned and wuite franky pissed me off as if there were loud people I would have to listen to them but thankfully it didn't happen. The aircon was so loud that for 5 days we didn't turn it on during the night, it's soo loud. The hotel is facing the back alley whuch has no problems and people are kind and there are good stalls vut there was this old uncle which I would find it nice during the day but on the 1st of jan and other days at 7 am he's blasting a massive jbl speaker and drinking, I value my sleep and this was not it.

I write this as management really needs to improve it's condition asap as there is lots to do, but from employees they are lucky and need to focus on keeping them.

Staffs are wonderful and helpful. Great location. Possibly the hardest and most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept on.
