Galleria 12 Sukhumvit by Compass Hospitality Hotel

It's a good hotel with clean rooms..big rooms, the receptionist during check in time was fantastic and in a very good manner.but the receptionist in night duty before check out day was not good as expected.
The check out process and the receptionist during check out time on duty also was excellent.
The hotel is living near ashok metro and the walking distance is hardly 8 minutes
The price of the hotel is a little expensive compared with other hotels.

Super conveniently located hotel. 2 nice restaurants just outside the hotel if you did not opt for hotel breakfast. Importantly, it was quiet and cosy for you to have a peaceful sleep thru the night. Will look forward to it again.

I actually wanted to book Galleria 10, but the room I wanted was sold out. So Galleria 12 it was.
My Missus and I booked the “suite” which is a big room and probably good value for money. Big Ref, Microwave, sitting area, desk for working. Good water pressure in shower. Silent and good aircon.
We were in 3rd floor. The view a bit higher up would be probably nicer, but we were not in Bangkok to look out of the window.
Room service was not really good. They took garbage, replaced used toiletries, made the bed and changed towels (most of the time), one day we had 4, the other day only 2. However, they never cleaned the floor in the 6 days. I left some candy wrapper (obvious) lying on the floor the first day, it was still there, when we checked out 5 days later.
Breakfast was fine to start the day, and with no other options in direct neighborhood a good idea to book with the room. Staff overall was friendly and helpful.
Jumped in the pool only 2 times for 5 minutes refreshing. Nothing to write home about, but better than no pool.
Location is a bit further back from Sukhumvit Rd and it is a good 5 minute walk. Sadly, there is nothing in the Soi other than 1 restaurant. Most other Soi have way more to offer like shops and street food. But it was nice and quiet, which is of course a big “Plus”.
General location is fantastic with Asak- and Nana Station as well as shopping malls and 2 entertainment districts in walking distance. May book again, but with that many options in this area, I also may end up at another place. Time will tell.

Service by staff was good eventhough location of the hotel was not the best.

As a guest at Galleria 12 Sukhumvit Bangkok, I found the hotel to be a great choice for both business and leisure travel. Its prime location near Asok BTS and MRT stations, Terminal 21 shopping mall, and vibrant nightlife spots like Nana Plaza and Soi Cowboy made it incredibly convenient to explore the city. The rooms were spotless and well-equipped with modern amenities such as rainfall showers, minibars, and coffee/tea facilities, ensuring a comfortable stay.

The staff were exceptional, always professional and friendly, often going above and beyond to assist guests. Their personalised service was truly appreciated. Additionally, the hotel offered a range of facilities, including a fitness centre, outdoor pool, free Wi-Fi, and a complimentary shuttle service to the main road, which added great value to my stay.

However, there were a few areas that could be improved. The lack of in-room food delivery was inconvenient, as I had to collect my Grab orders from the front desk. The on-site restaurant’s limited hours, closing at 1:30 pm, meant there were no dining options available for dinner, which was a bit of a drawback. The pool bar was unstaffed and lacked ambiance, and both the pool and gym closed early at 8 pm, which was restrictive for those wanting to exercise or relax later in the evening. Overall, while these areas could be enhanced, the hotel provided a pleasant and convenient experience.

We reserved 2 nights and we stayed longer.
Great location with parking available and very welcoming staff day and evening.
The room we stayed is small but has everything you need such a safe, wardrobe, desk and kettle for tea and coffee with fridge and daily water.
Easy to walk around and safe, quiet till you reach the main road. Find easily few restaurants, malls, bts...
Breakfast was great and lots of choice.

It's was my first time and I stayed here I liked so much, the breakfast was good, the receptionist is helpful, I recommend everyone stay here and especially Ms. Sai front office department very professional service, I will come back definitely 😘
