Zensation The Residence Hotel

If you've lost your sense of smell and can't detect mold, this apartment might be for you. Otherwise, RUN! The entire room reeks of mildew, and no amount of ventilation helps. The stench was so bad that we couldn't even switch rooms—and they refused to refund the second night, acting like 'Yeah, it smells moldy, but what can we do?' The area is eerily desolate, especially at night. Service? Non-existent. The only 'service' we got was the security guard downstairs opening the door for us. We had no choice but to find another hotel in the middle of the night. Out of all the hotels I've booked on Ctrip, this one is by far the worst!!
如果你的鼻子失灵了，闻不到发霉的味道，可以考虑预订这个公寓。否则赶紧跑！整个房间散发出霉味，通风也解决不了问题。霉味实在太严重想换房也换不了，把第二晚退掉也坚决无法商量。一副就是有霉味，我们也没办法的态度。周围荒凉到可怕，特别是晚上！服务不存在的，唯一的服务可能就是楼下保安帮你开一下门。我们半夜不得不重新寻找新的酒店去住，在携程订了这么多酒店，这家是史无前例的差！！
