The Green Bells Mini-hotel

I booked this hotel for my quarantine in Thailand and do not recommend it. When I arrived in my room, clearly the bathroom had not been cleaned, the toilet was filthy and smelled very bad, in addition, the window in the room was broken and did not remain closed. I complained to the staff and they changed my room, it looked clean, but it wasn't super clean. The wifi is terrible, it doesn't work at all, as I work remotely, I needed a solution and the hotel provided me a SIM card with internet that I routed to my laptop - they told me that the internet was unlimited, but in the middle of mine stay it ended and I had to ask again for them to settle. Another super negative point is that they have no kitchen in the hotel, the meals come from an outside restaurant, so the breakfast was always cold. If you book this hotel, get ready to eat the same breakfast for your entire stay, I could no longer see eggs in front of me. As the meals come from an outside restaurant, sometimes it is delayed and you are starving, the staff does not warn you when it happens and you have to keep asking them to know where the food is. Meals are delivered at only 3 times (8am, 12pm and 6pm), I asked them to delivery my meals at different times, they said they would, but every day it was very difficult to them, the food didn't come any time, I had to keep calling at reception and each person on the staff said something different to me. I was always very hungry during my stay, since the last meal was at 6pm and the next was only at 8am. Sometimes I wanted to order food around 11pm, when I was already hungry, but they wouldn't let me, they told me that they would only deliver it to my room in the next day with breakfast. No sense. Another point is that next to the door of my room there was a fire door that went to the stairs, the staff went through it several times and always closed the door very strongly, making a lot of noise, I woke up several times with this and I asked several times for them to close that door gently, but they never did. The toilet paper is of poor quality. The curtains in the room are old and torn, so a lot of light comes in in the morning. Anyway, I do not recommend this hotel, certainly the cheapest hotel options for quarantine are better than this one. The manager was really nice and asks, but there are a lot of problems in this place, so don't recommend it.

4 star hotel absolutely not. too long turns..... the not. the outside area is uncomfortable. Non -~~

The ceiling was filled with humidities, the pillows with scratches, one of the walls with the paper decolored, very noisy near to a transitated road, and a semen stain on the head of the bed.... yuck...!!! And with some suspicious spirits roaming around...

The good things, a bed very confortable, (at last one night with no back shoulders pain after waking up) convenient toilet, lots of electrical plugs, big mirrors, diferents lights intensities, and a big wardrobe.
