This is my first staying at ibis. Good experience. The room is small but good enough. One picky is the sound insulation is not good, I can hear the sound from corridor water running from upper floor. But, overall is fine to me and valuable.

Loving the experience here. The staff is very friendly. Nearby amenities and 7-11, they have a big 7-11 downstairs , you don't have to go out too far from the hotel. The hotel is 2 mins walk away from BTS and the big shopping mall. The hotel is dog friendly. They allowed dog to play around the hotel outdoor area and the lobby area
Near to 2 public park which you can go for morning jog and there's a rooftop swimming pool , gym and bar to enjoy

Love the room. Buffet breakfast that changes daily are great.
However. The lift is confusing. No proper signage and everyone goes into one of 2 particular lift that doesn’t support top floor.
Will be great if some signage around.

The overall hotel environment and service are very good. The staff are smiling and friendly. Complete peripheral equipment store. There is only a garbage collection station on the sidewalk on the right side outside the hotel, and there will be a strong smell when passing by at night.

Location is great as it is near shopping mall and train station. There are various drinking places and massage places.
However, I understand this is budget hotel. But I was told by the reception that they do not provide toothbrush set as they are budget hotel. Frankly, Ibis is not that cheap tho. So I do not understand why reception say there are budget hotel and they do not provide.
They should not state that amenities is provided upon request in the toilet!!!!

Room a little on the small side. Clean, reasonably priced. Well located for my needs on Sukhumvit. Short distance to Ekkamai BTS.

I have stayed here now a total of 6 nights on 3 different occasions. Notably the staff service is superb, attentive, accurate, prompt and at times above and beyond. Very clean glitzy and well presemted lobby, elevators, rooms etc. Faultless.
