Reviews
We booked a suite and it needed some paint and few fixes. It did look a bit outdated. Also although our room was on the 3rd floor we could hear loud music nearly every night till midnight. Breakfast ends at 10:30am which for a resort is a bit early, I think It should at least be till 11 if not 11:30. We noticed most people would come to eat after 10am. Also there are no proper indoor seating areas for breakfast, even if you sit inside the AC is off so it's the same as sitting outside, they just have a couple of small fans which is kind of strange for a 5-star place. In the room the toilet seat was so small although there was a lot of space. The floor was scratched in several places in the room. Although the AC was cold it was loud. At night the room is very dark and has no ceiling lights, if you want to have dinner or maybe do some work on your laptop then it is too dark even if you turn on ALL lights. They just have one pool which is for kids and adults. Most days from early morning till noon it had several kids, if you are a couple or alone I think it would of been nice if the Kids pool was in another second pool and not very close to the adults one. Also there are several spa rooms facing the pool directly so if you were swimming or relaxing next to the pool many people are directly looking at you which isn't fun.
They did provide a free laundry service which was nice (6 pieces a day) and also some discounts on room service, spa and their bar.
This place is so impressive, it feels so welcoming at the very first step we walk in..just like home.
All staffs are very professional also they look so happy with their job. Always helpful and polite and very kind. They willingly help even sometime it is a bit off their way, so impressed by that!
The food, restaurant and complimentary afternoon tea are absolutely one of top quality places. Quality of ingredients, taste and plate display are unimpeachable, perfect!
We have a chance to meet the owner, he is so polite, so humble and so kind . No doubt this place is in the top range of best hospitality business
What a real gem!

Restaurants and breakfast were fabulous. Breakfast has a variety of menu choices with quite large buffet. I think buffet menu slightly changes from day to day. But for me room service menu was a little limited tho. Hope there are more options for desserts and Thai food. Also you should make a call for room service. Not a big problem still.
Staffs and their services are on top! More than I expected based on experiences from other 5 stars hotels.
Overall the stay was fantastic. I would love to stay again.
Having said that, it can be pricey but you definitely get what you pay for. I would recommend it if you wanna experience the great service and luxury.
The team members are friendly and professional. Special shout out to many of them in which I shared those names with the hotel earlier (my apologies for not being able to recall those names of lovely people).
The setting of the resort itself is by the river, and just convenient, a few minutes walk to the night market.
We will definitely be back! Highly recommended.
