The hotel itself is in a brilliant location, walkable to most attractions yet placed on a quiet street. It's our first time staying in an all vegan hotel and being able to eat everything here as a vegan is just amazing. Food is outstanding. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Rooms are beautiful and clean. We already want to come back. Thank you!!!

The full experience was great, our room was big and comfortable. We were provided with 4 water bottles every day. The staff was extremely nice and welcoming and we even enjoyed a complimentary ice bath!
The only downside was the breakfast! I was expecting variety of breads and fruits due to the hotel being vegan, yet I was surprised and disappointed from the lack of food for breakfast.
I had to go get myself something from a bakery in town:(

Located in a soi closed to thaphae gate. It's a vegan hotel, so the choice of meat is not available. Some part of the hotel is not tidy

Such a beautiful space with good vegan food! The room is well decorated and comfortable. They have everything you need. The soap and lotion are high quality and smell great! The bed is comfortable and the balcony is spacious!

I am not a vegan myself but I went with a friend. But the food was really good! I really enjoyed the breakfast! They changed food every day during my 3 nights stay, which is really nice!

The staff are really friendly and helpful. The service is great!

They’re leaning towards wellness. So they have a yoga room for you to practice on your own and an ice bath session (pre-book). They also have a yoga instructor if you need one.

We have a group of ppl staying in the hotel. The service there are great. The room are quiet that we could always enjoy the bedtime without disturbed by noise outside. We especially love the vegan dish from the restaurant in the hotel. They are suprizingly good. We almost of 4 meals there during the hotel trip. I will recommend it to every vegan lover to stay in this hotel and to enjoy the vegan dishes there.

The stay was absolutely incredible from start to finish. The staff were outstanding, extremely friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality truly made us feel welcome and well taken care of throughout our visit.

The room itself was spacious and beautifully designed, with high-quality furnishings and plenty of light. The bathroom was equally impressive, massive in size with modern amenities, a luxurious shower, and everything kept impeccably clean.

One of the highlights was definitely the private jacuzzi on the balcony. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind while enjoying the view. Whether it was soaking in the hot water at night under the stars or enjoying a quiet morning dip, it made the whole experience feel extra special.

Overall, this was one of the most memorable and comfortable stays we've ever had, and we wouldn't hesitate to return or recommend it to others.

I booked the hotel room becoz of the pool, the pool was great, I could just open my door and jump into the water. However, the room was a bit humid and I didnt sleep well for the 2 nights here, I think it maybe the aircon was not always on, as the hotel
Mgt trying to save energy in every aspect.

The other good thing of the stay was the VEGAN breakfast, the restaurant and the food were super nice and tasty. I love it so much :)

However, on the last day of my stay, I lost my key outside the hotel and when I came back to hotel front desk at mid night, trying to tell the front desk staff to deactivate my old key as I lost it outside and please issue me new key. Instead of deactivating my old key, the staff said first to me was… “it costs you THB$200, for new key”…. Omg… i didn’t expect such a nice hotel providing this kind of response to hotel guest. “So cold and not helpful at all, and just wanna get rid of me as soon as possible”. I was also doubtful about whether he has deactivated the previous key, as he simply didn’t give a shxx on what I said. Therefore, when I got back to my room, I kept on the safety lock on. Coz I dont want to see a stranger standing in the end of my bed at midnight.

We stayed at Away Resort Chiang Mai for four nights and were overall very happy with our experience. The price was fair, and we stayed in the newer part of the hotel, where the rooms were absolutely beautiful, clean, and modern. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the room included a nice balcony, which added a relaxing touch. The staff were outstanding—very kind, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. Overall, the atmosphere felt calm, stylish, and well-maintained.

Negative

While the room itself was great, the view from the balcony was disappointing, as it faced a large electrical pole, which took away from the otherwise pleasant vibe. Also, one of the biggest downsides was the breakfast. It was vegan, which can definitely be great when done well—but in this case, it was very minimal and quite disappointing. We felt that even those who prefer vegan food would have expected something more thoughtful and satisfying.
Also, the soaps provided had a really unpleasant smell. The shampoo, hand soap, and body wash all seemed to be the exact same product—just repackaged and all had an unpleasant scent—which made it feel cheap and added to the disappointment.
