The best hotel in nimman. Easy to walk to the mall or the cafes around. You don't need to bring any amenities with you evn the body lotion! Never ever see any hotel has the condition and body lotion provided for the guest and it's good quality too. The welcome drinks also good if you love sour taste. The hotel staff are warm welcome, nice and friendly. I'd book again for my next trip! Highly recommend

For the price, it’s definitely worth it! The room is cute and the bed is super comfy. I didn’t use room much, but the location is amazing! It’s easy to walk around the Nimman area

Cozy boutique Hotel in the area. Which has a comfort natural interior design. Chic and retro style is good combination. Bend and pillow is comfortable. Room amenities is local organic. Various healthy breakfast is good presentation. Must try. Reasonable price. Friendly staffs. Roof bar is available for watching subset.

Great little hotel well situated with nice rooftop bar..but not a fan of aircons that blow down onto the bed..woke up next day blocked up

Disclaimer: only dined here. The food portions are on the smaller side, and prices are pretty steep. The pizza was more of a snack (it’s a thin flat bread), than a meal. Service was slow. Veggie lasagna taste was average. Not many veggie options in general. Mint tea is a tea bag - for 100 baht I’d expect fresh mint leaves.

My husband and I stayed 6 nights at the hotel and we really loved it, from the room to the kind staff, everything was perfect, the rooms are cozy and clean, and the rooftop bar have a discount for you if you are staying at the hotel( the bar have great drinks, foods and THE LOVELIEST CAT called Lemon). We are 100% satisfied

The service staff at Hotel yayee are friendly and attentive; there is a small balcony to enjoy the scenery, and there is a restaurant and bar on the top floor with cute staff and kittens; there are massage parlors, cafes, and international restaurants within ten minutes' walk, which are recommended.

This review is not just for the hotel but also for the restaurant at the rooftop.
The hotel itself is clean, kitschy, with a great view of the mountains. It’s a small boutique hotel with limited rooms, but it’s quiet, away from the hustle & bustle of the busier side of the city.
The room is relatively large and the bed is quite soft. I like that they give a lot of pillows. Service staff here are also great from the receptionist to the housekeeping and also the restaurant staff.
Which brings me to the most glowing review I can give to this establishment. The restaurant is strategically located facing the mountainous view where you can catch the sunset, some scattered fireworks over Loy Krathong season.
The food here is amazing. We ate the restaurant 3 times - once for breakfast and twice for dinner and everything we ate was cooked to perfection. The portions are a good Asian size and every dish is packed with flavour.
A must-try here is their best selling fried chicken wings. You won’t regret trying this. They also have great local fare that caters very well to both the Asian and Western palates.
There is also Thai craft beer here on tap. Overall just a great experience for date nights, special occasions or just a regular dinner night out.
There is no doubt that I will come back to stay at Hotel Yayee and savour their delicious cuisine the next time I come back to Chiang Mai!
