And the breakfast is quite good too👍
At check-in, we were told members get a 20% dining discount, but it wasn’t applied at checkout. Since my wife handled the checkout, I only realized this after we had left the hotel.
Overall, the hotel was great, but I hope you can be more friendly and patient with guests whose native language isn’t English.
While the amenities weren’t huge, they were well-maintained and enjoyable. The pool, kids’ play area, and activity center were great additions, especially for families.
In terms of location, it's a bit of a walk along busy streets to reach the center of Pa Tong, but the hotel offers a convenient shuttle service—not only to town but even to Karon Beach, which was a big plus.
Right outside the hotel, you’ll find a 7-Eleven and several massage places—perfect for grabbing snacks or unwinding after a day out.
Additionally, for a resort hotel, it’s unacceptable that no activities were offered on Sunday morning, especially since we were only staying one night. As it rained crazily, it’s impossible to swim so I didn’t use the hotel amenities. Had I known about these issues beforehand, I would never have booked this hotel. The environment, breakfast and staff are nice but I deeply regret my stay here for this price and cannot recommend it to others.
p.s. city view room means facing the Phuket city side, can’t see the pool at all. The view is soso so I didn’t take a pic at all.
