Good budgetary place to stay in.
Good choice for sleeping and shower.
About 12 minutes walking to the beach.
There no sound proofing, so if your neighbor is noisy, you will suffer.
There a Mini Market next to the accommodation as well as a nice cafe shop in the same way to the beach.
The receptionist man was very nice.

The hotel is very near to all the tourist attractions like Bangla market, patong beach and Malin plaza.. talking about the hotel. the hotel located right on the road and has 7/11 store just beside it .. the rooms are clean and the bed was cozy. the bathrooms are really clean. the guy at the reception is really good and he also arranged a trip for me at phi phi Island which costs around 1400 baht, and also gave me his bike for a ride for a couple of days in phuket for around 250 baht.. the hotel doesn't have lift though and I got a room which was on 4th floor room 404, which was quiet easy to climb for a youngster but for those with knee problems it could be a big task . the wifi is really good and view from the room was also good. the housekeeping take care of the rooms everyday. also got my laundry done. it was 50 baht per kg . The guy at reception is TK and he manages everything. he gave me his bike and I went to karon beach, kata beach, cape prom thep, rawai beach etc. the road here in Phuket are ghat section roads and very steep. ha e to be careful while riding bike or cars.
the property is really good and you can even get your thai girlfriend to the room. it's a wonderful budget hotel. had to pay 500 baht as a deposit which is refunded at checkout . go ahead and book it without any second thought.

We had booked a hotel room here for November. When we arrived, the staff told us that there was no room because it was flooding inside.
The staff laughed about it and did not offer any compensation or help to find a new hotel. The hotel didn't even apologize for the fact that we hadn't been informed about the flooding.
The hotel still had rooms available on Agoda which made this really strange.

To go straight to the point the pictures, service, facilities and the staff are extremely poor. The building is old and they lack of professionalism. Don't go there if you're looking for a quiet stay. I had AC problem and couldn't sleep well.

I have booked a double room and completed the payment, but the boss still asked for an extra 600 bath after seeing that there were two people. I think this is very unreasonable.
And he canceled my friend's reservation so that at 12 midnight he had to find a place to stay with his own luggage, and he couldn't offer any help,anyway it’s a place full of scams and bad experiences

I am staying in this place for monthly they doesn’t have cleaner if you want to clean your room you need to pay more money to clean the room each time, Location is next to the road which is really loud, I booked to clean the room for three days they’re not coming but when they come they leave the door open which I have a lot of things inside my room this is not private at all. I wouldn’t recommend this place

Its a small budget hotel, just in street above dragon night market and malina place, where you can buy almost anything, and a bit walk to famous Patong beach...

Clean and very nice helpfull desk man. But to bad they dont have a elevator or lift. And no coffe or tea and hairdry in the room... but that is valueable hotel.

Although I am giving four stars I didn’t have the best experience here. The room was fine and the bathroom was clean, but the overall service was just not the best. Granted, this is a budget hotel. My real complaint was that the room smelled a little off because of the weird air-conditioning. Also my room had no window to the outside so it was a little weird having to wake up and almost complete darkness. Perhaps there are better rooms than mine because I booked very last minute. The café downstairs is amazing though!! I had an amazing latte and an omelette in the morning. The guy at the restaurant is super friendly.
