I would give them half a star if I could .
WiFi was spotty at best. Only saving grace was the decent gym.
Some of the staff were great, sheets were often stained, towels dingy, shabby feels throughout. It is what it says a 3 star in a central location, there were plenty of friendly guests who are repeat customers.
If one is into aesthetics, the rooms do need to be updated although the beds are bouncy and comfy. Wifi is stronger than my wifi in America and the air conditioner will keep you 24/7 if you want it to.
Overall, a staycation is actually 100% worth it if you don't want to venture out at any point.
As long as this place remains open, I'll keep on booking this place for life whenever I'm in phuket.

Finally the gym is without question the best equipped facility in any hotel I have stayed.

I had one of the apartment rooms, which is a little dated but worked perfectly. I would stay here again. Pool was clean and nice.
Booked a 3 night stay but checked out early after 2 nights after we found a total of 5 cockcroaches - spotted 2 the first 2 nights already which I thought that was it. But there were additional 3 more cockcroaches appearing the 3rd day.
Even after we opt for cleaning, when we came back can still see 1 of the dead cockcroach that we killed still on the floor - questioning if they actually clean the room properly or not.
