Nice hotel with beautiful interiors and friendly staff. Located close enough to the center and so – in a noisy area full of clubs and bars. A great option for youth recreation. Guests enter the hotel via an exclusive entrance on the ground floor and then through the main lobby, located on the 16th floor.

Location: in the Central part of Pattaya, on the top floors Central Festival shopping complex, 127 km from the international airport of Bangkok, across the road from the sea.
Consists of one 34-storey building, rooms are located from 19 to 33.
All 302 guest rooms, all with sea views.

Hotel Review:
I recently stayed at hotel and would like to share some feedback about my experience.
Firstly, I would like to highlight the excellent service provided by Max at the reception. He was extremely professional, attentive, and friendly, and his warm welcome truly made me feel valued as a guest. His service was one of the highlights of my stay.
In addition, the staff at the Executive Lounge were also very polite and provided great service throughout. However, I found the food selection in the lounge to be quite limited compared to other hotel lounges I’ve stayed at. While the environment was pleasant and the staff were attentive, the overall lounge experience fell short of expectations due to the lack of variety in food offerings.
Overall, I appreciated the great service, especially from Max and the lounge staff, and I hope to see some improvements in the Executive Lounge in the future.

I visited the Edge restaurant buffet. Beautifully and relaxing. Fantastic views and a nice relaxing breeze (you can sit indoors or out). Many Thai and Western dishes, lots to choose from. Really extensive desert assortment. They staff were fast and friendly.

Check-in was quick and welcoming. The hotel is located above a large shopping mall, with an excellent lobby view of the ocean. Our sea-facing room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless, with immaculate bathrooms. Breakfast was good, though there was confusion over whether the chicken was halal, clear signage would be helpful.
The hotel is along the promenade, with plenty of nearby restaurants, including halal options within walking distance. The shopping mall below the hotel is huge, and Terminal 21 Mall is only a 10-minute drive away. Visiting the botanical garden and tiger park will be good
If visiting with family or children, it’s best to book accommodation away from Walking Street.

Service is ok, sometimes slowly responded but can understand they have a lot of clients.
Pool was crowded when I visited, but it was fine.
The room is huge as the picture describing.
We had birthday party on that day as well, the staff was helpful to help us to surprise one of our friends. Jacuzzi in the balcony is the best place to relax and see the views, recommended
Plus the breakfast and dinner are delicious, worth the money 💰

Such a great experience! The staff is very helpful and friendly. Rooms are amazing and clean with great views. The breakfast buffet is delicious with so many options to choose from. Once you figure out the elevators it's easy to get around, down to the mall and up to the executive lounge for a treat. The gym is very small, not a lot of room in there to do much. The pool is very chill at night relaxing under the lights. Very kid friendly, we really enjoyed ourselves. We will definitely stay again when we get a chance.

I love this hotel, it is in such a convenient location near street food and malls! The rooms are comfortable with 2 beds and a big clean bathroom! Their facilities and exactly what you need and pools are massive! I love how they designed them here in Hilton! My favourite part is how you can walk to the beach right outside the hotel! I recommend anybody to stay here!

The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed for ultimate comfort. The bed was incredibly cozy, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. Nice Hilton Hotel in the center of Pattaya Beach that left us a bit underwhelmed given the very high ratings on Google Maps. The location is great (close to pretty much everything in Pattaya and connected to a large shopping mall) and the hotel seems relatively new and is in a good condition. The large pool area is also great. The rooms were nice, but not outstanding (especially when compared to other 5 star hotels in the region). Similarly the service was good and everyone at the hotel was very nice, but we still had to wait until past 3:30pm for check in (offered us a room below the category we booked for earlier check in) and also no upgrade availability despite Diamond status. The main reason I’m giving 4 stars for service though is the very underwhelming breakfast with relatively limited options. This might still be the nicest hotel in Pattaya, but given the overall very high ratings on Google it might be good to tame expectations :)

The best hotel in Pattaya! The perfect location for anyone who has the $$$ to pay for the best. It is pricey but worth every bit of it. I especially liked the balcony jacuzzi overlooking the ocean in my room. Every room has a glorious ocean view.

One of the best Hotels I've been to so far. Amazing location, right by the beach. Superb service and breakfast. The hotel looks so modern and posh, and it is located right above a 6 story shopping mall. 10/10 if I come back to Pattaya I will 100% stay here once again.
