Hilton Pattaya - SHA Extra Plus

I love this hotel, it is in such a convenient location near street food and malls! The rooms are comfortable with 2 beds and a big clean bathroom! Their facilities and exactly what you need and pools are massive! I love how they designed them here in Hilton! My favourite part is how you can walk to the beach right outside the hotel! I recommend anybody to stay here!

The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed for ultimate comfort. The bed was incredibly cozy, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The amenities provided were top-tier, from luxurious toiletries to high-speed Wi-Fi. I was particularly impressed with [mention any standout feature, such as a stunning view, spa services, or breakfast options]. Every detail contributed to a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Nice Hilton Hotel in the center of Pattaya Beach that left us a bit underwhelmed given the very high ratings on Google Maps. The location is great (close to pretty much everything in Pattaya and connected to a large shopping mall) and the hotel seems relatively new and is in a good condition. The large pool area is also great. The rooms were nice, but not outstanding (especially when compared to other 5 star hotels in the region). Similarly the service was good and everyone at the hotel was very nice, but we still had to wait until past 3:30pm for check in (offered us a room below the category we booked for earlier check in) and also no upgrade availability despite Diamond status. The main reason I’m giving 4 stars for service though is the very underwhelming breakfast with relatively limited options. This might still be the nicest hotel in Pattaya, but given the overall very high ratings on Google it might be good to tame expectations :)

The best hotel in Pattaya! The perfect location for anyone who has the $$$ to pay for the best. It is pricey but worth every bit of it. I especially liked the balcony jacuzzi overlooking the ocean in my room. Every room has a glorious ocean view.

One of the best Hotels I've been to so far. Amazing location, right by the beach. Superb service and breakfast. The hotel looks so modern and posh, and it is located right above a 6 story shopping mall. 10/10 if I come back to Pattaya I will 100% stay here once again.

A great experience! The hotel is super luxurious and beautifully decorated, creating a fantastic atmosphere. The view from our room was amazing; we could see the sea from way up high, and it was so relaxing. The food was delicious, and the staff provided excellent service, making us feel really welcome throughout our stay.

One unique thing about Hilton Pattaya is that it’s located right on top of a shopping mall, which was pretty cool. We originally thought about going out for a walk, but we ended up enjoying the hotel ambiance much more. In the evening, we decided to check out the rooftop restaurant, and it was absolutely worth it! The views were stunning, and it made for a perfect ending to our day. It was definitely a memorable getaway!

One of the standout features for me was the infinity pool. It's not only gorgeous, but it also provides a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. I enjoyed lounging there and the poolside service was attentive, ensuring I had everything I needed.

Dining at the Hilton was another pleasant surprise. I tried both the buffet breakfast and dinner at the Edge restaurant. The variety of food was impressive, catering to different tastes, and everything was fresh and delicious. I particularly enjoyed the Thai dishes, which were authentic and flavorful.

The hotel's location is also a significant advantage. It's just a short walk to the beach and many local attractions. I found it easy to explore Pattaya’s vibrant nightlife and markets without needing to rely heavily on transportation.

If I had to point out any drawbacks, it would be that some of the amenities felt a bit pricey, but considering the quality of the experience, I thought it was worth it.

Overall, my stay at Hilton Pattaya was fantastic. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay in Pattaya. The combination of great service, stunning views, and a convenient location makes it a top choice for both leisure and business travelers. I can’t wait to return!

I love the Hilton Pattaya. I am a Hilton Diamond member and they treat you so well when you come to the Hilton Pattaya. I had a standard room the first night but was upgraded to one of the best rooms in the hotel for the rest of my stay.

The hotel staff are some of the best I have encountered in my travels worldwide. They are always extremely helpful and friendly.

The room itself is also incredible. The beds are soft, and when I request foam pillows, they are already on the bed when I return from a long day. The shower is massive, with excellent water pressure and heat if needed. Everything is immaculate.

The breakfast buffet is also massive and delicious. Everything I tried over five days was incredible.

These are the reasons I only stay at the Hilton Pattaya when I am in town.

Got to stay at a room on upper floor. Absolutely gorgeous view. The staffs were all super friendly and attentive.
Spent a couple hours by the poolside. Not many guests even it was Saturday.
Downside would be, water pressure of shower head is very weak and it’s a bit difficult to adjust water temperature. Probably due to some environmental reason.
Overall it was a great experience!

Room size above average, all the room amenities and electronics in excellent conditions. Beautiful view from floor 29. Great breakfast and dinner buffet. The pool was incredible and the gym with enough equipment for a basic training. Horizon rooftop restaurant is impressive. All employees were kind and helpful. The hotel is next to Central Pattaya mall.
