When customers arrive, Mr. Mark warmly greets them with a friendly smile, offering attentive and personable service. His attention to detail ensures that customers feel comfortable and well-cared-for, enhancing their overall dining experience.

The hotel may be a little far from the beach, but you can walk to the beach. The staff are very smiling and active. The room is clean. The pool that I reviewed is beautiful with many angles for taking pictures. The breakfast is also Asian food, which I like very much, such as noodles and kimchi fried rice. The staff named Pond is good, smiling, and ready to help. The restaurant has a beautiful view and a wide view

I stayed here for 3 nights and was immediately impressed by the warm welcome. Everyone was friendly and attentive. The Rooftop area offers stunning views of the sea, making it a perfect spot for relaxation. On the 23rd floor, you'll find a restaurant and café with a cozy atmosphere. The breakfast was a highlight, served as an elaborate buffet with a wide variety of delicious options, and the coffee was excellent—rich and satisfying.

The service was exceptional, especially from Mark, who took great care of us and offered helpful recommendations throughout our stay. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience.

The room and facilities are good and very good for photos. The rooftop and dining area looks spacious. The employees are friendly and helpful we have an employee Mark who helped us get our breakfast orders every day. Remember to take the room card out of the card holder when you went for breakfast, the cleaner is so quick and were usually done when we get back. Only thing tho is that we have to book car rides out of the hotel about 15-20 mins to T21.

Had an amazing time and experience at this hotel. I loved my room. I woke up every morning to a great view! The people are very friendly and respectful with great services. Especially the food drinks and massages here. I did the hot stones. It's was very relaxing and made me feel like a million bucks! Would definitely come back when I visit Thailand again!

I had an amazing time in this hotel. The room was gorgeous and with a beautiful city view. The breakfast is just divine, and the rooftop is definitely a place you don't get tired of. For me the best asset of this hotel is the staff whether it was at the lobby, restaurant or the spa everybody was so helpful and nice. Benz is such an amazing person. She took care of me every morning for breakfast. She remembered little details and was always very professional. I felt a lot more comfortable with her around because she explained everything really well and made sure I had everything I needed. I'm very grateful to all the staff here who made my stay wonderful even as a woman traveling by herself.

This hotel has a wonderful relaxing ambiance with glass practically everywhere you look to see the ocean, sunsets and town of Pattaya at every angle. The a la carte breakfast with buffet had excellent choices. Mark was the best waiter. He was attentive, polite, and appeared to really care that the customer feels comfortable. Others were just as courteous. However, their English did not compare to Mark’s ability to communicate in the English language. Anyone who books will not regret staying here.

The hotel's very nice. From the start we were greeted nicely and the welcome drink was awesome.
The room's huge and has all the necessities. The breakfast also has a ton of options. Really loved my stay here! Highly recommend!

my first time to Pattaya and found this hotel on Google Maps and took a chance and booked a night here on 12/05/2024. i am totally satisfied with this hotel and will definitely stay here again if i come to Pattaya again. check-in was smooth and friendly. good free wifi. i got a high floor (2003) and my king room was clean and i was so happy to see a washing machine - i have been wanting to wash clothes for a while and that was a nice surprise! i was a bit warm in the fitness center. maybe i was not using the ac remote properly. all in all i would recommend this hotel. thank you all.

The design of the room is perfect. I really love the sofa in the corner, which is next to a big window. The best part of the room must be the bathroom. You can enjoy your me-time in the bathtub while watching the TV outside. It's amazing!
I appreciate the food and service from the restaurant as well, especially one of the waiter Pond who suggested me lots of delicious choices and were so helpful. The overall experience in this hotel is excellent at a reasonable price!
