I was thoroughly impressed with the breakfast offerings at this hotel. Everything was fresh, and you can order some special meal from your table . The atmosphere was relaxed, and the staff were attentive and friendly, the services who name Pond, he is very kindly and nice served our table.

The swimming pool is stunning. It’s connect with wine bar at the roof top of this hotel. Is good to swim or relax by the water. The hotel pool may be small, but it is beautifully designed. The layout and surroundings create a relaxing and inviting atmosphere, making it a lovely spot to unwind.

The room didn’t quite meet the expectations of a five-star hotel in terms of size and amenities. While it was clean and tidy, but the bathroom, particularly the sink area, was quite small.

stayed at the Arbour Hotel for 5 days and had an amazing experience! I decided to upgrade my room on-site for a great price and was given a room on the 21st floor with a stunning view. The rooms are modern, well-equipped, and offer everything you could need. A special shoutout to the room service – fast and very reliable!

The rooftop pool and bar are definite highlights. It’s the perfect place to unwind, especially while enjoying the breathtaking sunset views. I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay unforgettable!

The hotel isn’t very large, and the pool is a bit small compared to the hundreds of guests. However, the view is stunning! The restaurant requires reservations due to limited seating. The rooms, beds, and pillows are very comfortable. What truly made me overlook the first point was the staff – attentive, caring, and polite. Special thanks to Miss Guitar and Mr. Oil for their excellent service!

The view is very million, beautiful, good atmosphere, best service, good service staff. The bedroom is good, next to the sea atmosphere. I slept and did not want to go out. Will definitely come back to stay here again.

I highly recommend this hotel. The hotel is newly opened and the staffs are very good. The staffs called to give directions because some parts of the hotel were flooded when we went. The food is delicious and the atmosphere is nice. The price is not expensive at all compared to the service.

The Arbour Hotel and Residence in Pattaya was such a good place to stay! The rooms were all clean and cozy, perfect for a comfy sleep! The location was super convenient too!

Fantastic property with excellent facilities. Their rooftop bar was a cherry on top, with a nice swimming pool and gym I loved the spa as well, very clean although the masseuse were a little inexperienced and not quite knowledgeable . The staff is very welcoming and friendly. Overall great atmosphere to relax and unwind.
I love the bed in the room , very comfortable and super soft.
Highly recommend the place to all types of travellers.
Just the welcome drink is too sweet , could let them know before hand .
