Rooms are very good and spacious & having balcony. Indian Breakfast is available with an average taste Location is good as beach is walking distance and so many pure vegetarian restaurant are nearby. The only drawback is if you are coming with family than you may feel uncomfortable at evening time as so many girls stands outside the hotel gate.

Rooms are spacious and neat. Well maintained and have a good laundry service.swimming pool have restrictions like using swimsuit and if interested can buy one from the attached poolbar. But no one was found using it in the pool. There is also restrictions like not to smoke or use bottles and glass in the poolside, but it is also not strictly followed. Breakfast, noth Indian and English will be served from 6am to 10 am. The menu for all the three days we stayed was somewhat similar with some minor change. Usually indian breakfast comrises of puri, idli, vada, upma etc with other kinds like bread- jam, cornflakes -milk, egg omlet, juices, desserts etc

In case you are on a family trip then this hotel is strictly a 'No No'. As we all know people visit Pattaya/Bangkok/Phuket for, the same is easily accessible just outside the hotel gate and men usually get them inside also. Post having dinner at a great Indian restaurant (which was a saviour for us for 'Govindam' which is near to this hotel)... we were welcome by these girls standing in the lane which leads to the hotel.. so even if you wish to ignore you can't.
The reception area (looks like there is always group of people waiting for train)... my experience was not too good as they were not at all hospitable. This hotel offers you free breakfast in which you get two options Taj Mahal restaurant which an Indian breakfast buffet and the other is normal buffet with all the Thai influenced items. In case you feel like seeing stuff first in either of the place which is next to each other divided by wall then you have to be very patient with their staff because they will question you on your choice selection. 1st day we had it in normal buffet and 2nd day in Indian buffet... the difference in the treatment you might notice a bit... but let's get stuffed. Please don't be shy have it to the fullest. Let's talk about the food (breakfast) here. Looking at Idli sambar don't stuff your plate directly because they use good amount of tamarind in everything.
The pool is good and there is a Spa place too... would advice personally for ladies not to take that option.

When it comes to hotel, hospitality, service and polite behaviour is something expected out of staff. But surprisingly the staff at Grand Bella are averse to the same.
Harsh behaviour from folks at the reception, should learn some manners big time, or else they will spoil their reputation pretty soon.
The food is good at breakfast buffet. But once again staff rude and u professional, for example buffet is till 10am, and food is over and many counters by 9am.
Rooms quite good, we took the pool view deluxe room which had a bathtub, it was quite good. But once again unprofessional staff. The hotel allows you to bring in guests(when you are in Pattaya you know what kind of guests may be brought to hotel). The aftermath was disastrous, we had a neighbour who were very loud at 5am in the morning and disturbing others sleep. We called reception but no one bothered to answer.
So yeah facilities are good but they need to invest in their staff otherwise word of mouth travels fast and they would lose their reputation.
Otherwise the location is good, close to beach, 7eleven and many eateries. Only bad thing is the staff at reception.
And yeah check in time is 2pm, even if you are ready to pay extra they won't entertain you to early check-in, and they do that very rudely.

We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at the hotel thanks to the friendly and helpful staff, clean and well presented spacious rooms and comfortable bed.
Our only issue was the doors to the large reception area were left open during the late evenings allowing numerous mosquitos to be prevalent resulting in unnecessary bites and for a hot reception. This was uncomfortable for us and must be uncomfortable for the staff too who were often batting away midges while in conversations.
It's not a good look for a four star hotel and I hope the management reconsider this policy.
We would recommend this hotel and would definitely consider returning to it on our next trip to Pattaya.

Rooms were clean and big. Location of the hotel is so good situated at city center and at walking distance from Pattaya beach. Rooms have pool view. Gym in side hotel. Breakfast is available both veg and non veg.

Good points first! - The hotel was good - Big rooms, bathtub included in our room type, lovely pool and good location. The beach is like 300-400m away. The cleaning staff are good as well.
But they absolutely need to work on the behaviour of the front desk staff!! They are extremely rude and help you with absolutely no information. So much so that we wanted to switch our hotel on the 1st day itself!! We understood Thai people are so sweet, courteous and friendly after we travelled to Bangkok!! And the worst thing is that the front desk team is very very racist!! Their behaviour with Indians and other nationals is absolutely different!!! Also, they assume and push all Indians for Indian breakfast - yes they have separate restaurants for Indians and other nationals!!! Restaurant staff are extremely rude as well, neither is the food too great.
Believe me, the behaviour is bad only in this hotel or in Pattaya. People are extremely sweet and courteous in the other parts of Thailand.

The check in process was smooth to start with. The hotel is located 5-7 mins walking from the beach and the main area. The services are good. We didn't order anything from the hotel or buffet breakfast so cannot comment on their food. The pool is great. The hotel is a very good property. Room service is on time and particular. The amenities are good. Wheelchair accessibility is there.

Overall a pathetic experience mostly due to Racist treatment. The staff treat tourists badly based on their skin colour. Coming to rooms we found 3 cockroaches dead and one dancing nicely across the floor. The room service is below par. Only one small soap bar and shower gel provided in the name of bathroom kit with towels being old and worn off.!! Only good thing is the location, a bit ok. I would personally suggest try other hotels and lodging over this one.

The rooms are quite spacious and clean. All basic amenities you would expect are present.
There's a swimming pool at the terrace as the one in the ground floor is under renovation.
There's also a sauna room in this hotel to experience dry heat.
The staff are helpful and polite.
