The location is good, and the reception makes a decent first impression when you walk in. However, the staff appear unhappy and rarely smile. The rooms are spacious and clean, but the showers are outdated. Although there’s a kettle provided, no complimentary tea or coffee is offered, which is disappointing for a midrange hotel. The TV channels also have poor reception. Overall, I won’t be returning, as the hotel feels overpriced for the quality it provides.

Stay away and find some good stays without any hidden cost and with good customer service.

Very bad customer service especially front office.

There are hidden charges if you are booking online. It happened to me even I had booked through the booking.com.

They defrauded us at the check-out for a stain on the sheets. Absolutely do not pay a deposit, you will have problems at the check-out.

I stayed at the hotel and paid for 20 nights, but halfway through my trip I decided to check out and go home. I asked the hotel to check out early, deduct the extra days I had booked, and refund me. I had seven days left. They insisted on not refunding the remaining amount of the reservation. The strange thing is that I only asked for my security deposit back, and they refused. They weren't friendly with me and told me that the reason was because I had soiled their bed and they couldn't wash it. I will never stay at the hotel again. It was a very bad experience, and I would not recommend anyone to stay there.

Staff were friendly and location is amazing. There room was big, aircon cold, safe, elevator/lift, the bed was firm.

There are signs stating remodeling in progress. My room hadn't been remodeled. Just some minor cosmetic issues.

Yes, I would stay again however only having 1 room key as a couple is a bit inconvenient at times.

The hotel is in a good quiet location only 10 minute walk to Walking street and the beach. The rooms are good for the money, but sometimes the internet is unstable , but otherwise i would recommend it. Parking is also good.

Good value for money, the rooms are nice a spacious.
You get what you pay for, so the rooms have enough for a short stay in the city centre. Besides the bathroom shower head being held on by a plastic bag, it has what you need for an okay stay.
Friendly staff.
Great location just off Pattaya Tai Road and a 10 minute walk from Walking Street.

WE stayed at Grand Day Night for 2 Nights for Songkran Festival. The Hotel Had a big entrance hall and also in the morning they offered Buffet. Room Price was about 25€ per Night but during Songkran Festival okay. The room was Clean and the beds were really comfortable for sleeping. The beach IS Close by. I totally recommend this Hotel when you want to have a Nice stay :⁠-⁠)
