You get what you pay for, so the rooms have enough for a short stay in the city centre. Besides the bathroom shower head being held on by a plastic bag, it has what you need for an okay stay.

Great location just off Pattaya Tai Road and a 10 minute walk from Walking Street.
the place was decent fresh. staff smiled at me a lot. the manager was lazy to give me a TM30. He should have known how since this is required by all hotels. Furthermore, the internet was bad. and they had signs everywhere saying they knew about the internet prblem. if they wanted it fixed, it would be fixed, and not have signs up. something's odd there. Old key style keys. pretty clean. looked like low occupancy when I was there and it was quiet probably because of the low occupancy
update: as I was leaving, I asked if I can checkout a day early and get a refund for the last night. The staff assured me they could accommodate and I made plans around this. I asked if they would refund on Agoda, but then later refused to do it. it was 3 before, now it's 1 star
Rooms, sheets, toilet and bathroom very clean. There is no bathroom shoe, no tooth brush, no soap available in room. But there is hair and body shampoo in room. Good referigrator. Clean towels. Breakfast was not great, especially for Iranians.
At entrance date, they charge you 500 BHT as deposit for room devices insurance🙃 They give you recite, and it is ok. But for more clarity, it is beter to give a list of stuff that you are paying deposit for.
