Stay in building B higher floor for 3D2N
Room cleanliness is acceptable
Shampoo, and hand soap well refilled
Noisy at night as the sound proof is worst
Need to use much strength to close the door and the sound can be heard on the whole floor
Early morning the guest standing outside talking and affect sleeping.
a lot indian guys sleep at the lobby (not sure is guest or hotel worker)
Good view : a lot free parking for motorbike/car
Swimming pool and gym room is cool

During my stay at GLOW Pattaya, it was bustling with Indian tourists. The swimming pool was enjoyable, and they required a deposit upon check-in, which was refunded at checkout. However, we faced an issue when a room service card was left in the room, preventing us from entering in the evening. We had to contact the front desk to resolve this. The hotel could be noisy at times, impacting the overall experience.

We booked this hotel through our tour planner. The location, rooms and amenities are really good. The only concern is the staff, they are absolutely rude specially the ones at the reception. Also, they’ll ask for 1000 baht deposit per room which would be refunded when you check out. Any missing item or service charge would be deducted. It is a really bad option for vegetarians, there’s not much to eat during breakfast. Also, when you try to book a taxi from them, make sure of the price they charge,as they did quote us a very high price.

This is of the best value for money 4 star hotels we have stayed at. We ended up extending our stay by another 5 nights.
The hotel is new and clean.The rooftop pool and gym are great.
It's in a nice location with short walk to shops.
Two queen beds in the room was ideal for my son and I
and the room was serviced daily.
Highly recommend ;)

We particularly enjoyed our time at GLOW for a number of reasons.
Having two queen size beds in the room seemed weird at first but then we realised how much we loved not sleeping in the same bed with each other being able to stretch out and roll around in the bed, something we've not been able to do in a long time.
The pool area is superb.
Location is only a short walking distance to popular areas.
Staff were amazing and very helpful.
Three elevators cuts waiting time to get to room.
Room as previous mentioned with two beds and still spacious enough.
Highly recommended Hotel.
We will return.

Good stay but not as per expectation. Before going here I stayed in two other hotels so it might be a little comparative but the room was really small, balcony was tiny (only 1 person can be at one time).
Breakfast - being a vegetarian - didn't have many options, the location is the worst point.
It's like 30 mins walking distance from the walking street. I like to walk and enjoy the locality and culture and vibe of the area but it was a mistake in this case.

The location is great. It is walking distance to a lot of amenities. There's a gym nearby if you want a better gym to work out. We use the gym at the hotel and we are happy with it. The pool is also nice for doing laps. Breakfast is satisfying. The service is great. Friendly and courteous staff.

Not sure how the hotel earns its 3 stars. It would be more like 1 star. I walked into the room and there was nothing, not even tooth brush was provided. The second building had an incredibly strong perfume scent. For the price i guess it is what it is.

I stayed in Glow Pattaya for 4 nights. Our room was clean, neat and comfortable. The room was serviced everyday. They provided one water bottle per person everyday (know that drinking water is not free anywhere in Pattaya). They said they can lend an iron box for free if required. Hotel staff understand and talk in English.
Most of the staff in the reception were rude even if you are too polite. They didn't keep water bottles in my room one day. When I asked them about it, they told me to buy it from outside even though they were supposed to keep two bottles in the room.
