Comfy bed and quiet environment, and the doorman has excellent service, however the rest of the hotel is lacking in facilities and maintenance.
If you just want a place to sleep it's ok, especially because it's not too far from beach, however we wouldn't stay again. Other hotels in the area at a similar price are maintained better, gym and pool here is quiet miserable.

Dear Mr/Ms,
I have made a two-room booking from August 10th to 12th at your hotel.l have already requested large bed or twin bed at my reservation.
However, your front office desk staffs only prepared one large bed room and two single beds room.
Within the room, you don’t give tissue papers for us.Afterwards, the old lady from your front desk showed unresponsive and disturbed manner throughout the way.
This report is just providing for not taking a timely response on my E-mail.I would like to know how you, the authorities, will take an action of this!!!!!

Very good hotel with firendly staff and with free joiner policy.. the restaurant makes delicious food..everyone is helpuful..and its located near jomtien beach. Close to walking street too.. love it

You get what you pay for. If it is in your budget range, it is ok.
But If you believe that you made a good deal, because you booked that hotel on 60-70% discount at Agoda 😂 you are wrong.
That place is ... cheap, neglected and very bad maintenance, the sheets weren't changed for four nights, the floor weren't vacuumed, ect

The hotel and rooms looked really great at first glance, but as we settled in, more and more things appeared unsatisfactory due to poor maintenance.
- Less than half of the lightbulbs in the room was working.
- The bathroom door was rotting in several places.
- There was a rusty sharp spike in the shower which we were scared of cutting us when showering.
- The mattress were way to small for the frame.
Besides this, the staff was great, service was great. The location of the hotel was good. And it had a nice modern touch.
I might consider coming again, but I hope it the rooms will be better maintained then.

Definitely a very Good Unique place to stay.
Home away from home feel.
Friendly and helpful staff.
Amazing and freshest food.
Comfortable beds in a oversized room with amazing city and waterview in the hill .
Short walk to the beach and night life.
Far enough to not be disturbed.

Everything is great. Service is the best. When I arrived on reception staff bring welcome drink while I was waiting. 2 bottles of water was in room every day. Nice and cozy place. We don’t have any problems with hot water, I don’t understand a lot of comments about it.

I moved out after 3 days. I had a permanent feeling of lack of hygiene and cleanliness. Everything looks dingy and not only in the room. So not a feel-good hotel at all. It doesn't have to be all new, but it should be clean. And glass doors and floors in the public area can also be cleaned from time to time.
If you can put up with it, it's an acceptable place to stay because the location near the Soi5 is good and close to everything. Positive also the beautiful rooftop pool and the good wifi. Breakfast was a bit monotonous.

Room had a lot of damage but was patched up to the best of the staff's ability. Towels were gross cuz it looks like it hasn't been replaced for years. Pool flooring is damage and needed to be fix for safety. Outside hotel smells like sewage all the time, but then Pattaya City smells like sewage all over. Overall, the hotel is like a luxury stay in the area but not worth the money I paid.

A nice location in the middel of Soi 5 on Phratamnak. It has a nice roof top pool with an open bar that serves drinks and food.
It should have been better cleaning, maybe a deep cleaning before high season started. The room was dusty.
