Royal Beach View

The room was awesome. The room had
everything. We visited last year 2023 in room 54. On dates 22-27. Between, I forgot. But if you could add a water park, children would play and be enjoyed. And if you added breakfast, lunch, and dinner. No need to order from Grab. And the price was so cheap. Thank you for keeping the room clean everytime. And the telephone wasn't working. Thank you.

We stood 3 days in the Royal Beach View.
We got an upgrade to a family suite, what was really big for 2 persons.
The room was a little bit old fashioned, but clean and everything inside what you need, if you travel with small luggage. A very big balcony with a little sea view and a nice pool inside to relax.
You can chose your breakfast from different menus and can get it at your room or downstairs.
To the beach it´s 50 metres and you have a lot of shops and restaurants arround.
If you want to go around it´s cool, to rent a bicycle or a motorbyke.
The staff is professionell and very friendly, so that you feel welcome.
There was nothing to complain and we got a very relaxed time there.

Nice and quiet hotel. It's an older hotel but they keep it clean and in good shape. No bad smell or a single dust in my room. It smells so fresh

My room, their cheapest and smallest option is HUGE (70sq.m.) with double bed and bunk bed in living room. This room is for 4 so you get 4 sets of everything. Even you are a solo traveller. It's a bit in the back but still can get a glimpse of seaview.

Pool is small but nice + not crowded.

There's a parking space under the building which is a plus.

There is a 7-11 nearby. Breakfast is served in room. You can choose when you check-in ans sign-up the time you want your food delivered.

Staff are friendly, polite, and helpful. The neighborhood is peaceful and pretty quiet.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Royal Beach View Hotel in Pattaya for five months, and it was truly an exceptional experience. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality by the ever-smiling staff.

Service and Staff:
The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their attentiveness and friendliness made me feel valued as a guest. It's rare to find such genuine care and dedication in hospitality, and I was truly impressed.

Rooms:
The rooms at Royal Beach View Hotel are spacious, beautifully designed, and offer a homely feel. Every detail, from the décor to the amenities, is thoughtfully chosen to provide guests with a comfortable and relaxing environment. It was a pleasure coming back to my room after a long day and feeling like I was returning home.

Location:
The hotel's location is perfect – centrally located yet peaceful and quiet. It's close to everything Pattaya has to offer, from shopping and dining to entertainment venues, yet it offers a tranquil retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Whether you're looking to explore Pattaya's vibrant nightlife or relax on the beach, Royal Beach View Hotel's location makes it easy to do it all.

Overall Experience:
I cannot recommend Royal Beach View Hotel highly enough. The combination of excellent service, comfortable rooms, and ideal location makes it a top choice for anyone visiting Pattaya. Whether you're staying for a short vacation or an extended period like I did, you're sure to have a memorable and enjoyable stay at this wonderful hotel.

The only problem with this place is Wi fi. The staff authorises wifi connection only when you ask them despite the same login and password and after midnight the staff very conveniently gives excuse of a 'broken' wifi. Despite a wonderful location, view, space and cleanliness, the lack of good wifi connectivity left a sour taste in our mouth. The breakfast is worth mentioning, right on time and high on taste!

Nice place. Friendly staff. Large well laid out rooms. Very clean. Close to the sea and restaurants (Pharatumnak soi 5). Good but not great views of the sea.

We were very positively surprised by this beautiful hotel! The rooms are huge, the modern furnishings are not new but very well maintained and meet all needs. The staff are very friendly, some speak very good English. There is plenty of parking, a nice pool and the view of the sea from the rooms is terrific! The prices are very reasonable for what is offered, the location is good, there is the beautiful beach, cafes, restaurants and shopping in the surrounding area. That would be 5 stars for sure!
But unfortunately we had massive problems with the showers. In one bathroom there was only cold water, in the second, after waiting times, scalding hot water came intermittently and then cold water again. Attempts to repair it during our stay were unsuccessful.

Nice, clean large rooms, a partial sea view from my suite some have better views but were booked already as it was Songkran. Good breakfast served in the room - not sure if this was a temporary Covid-19 measure as I didn't see a restaurant there. Less than 100 metres from the beach, plenty of convenience stores and cafés around.
