Location: Central Pattaya, in the alley street between Second Road and Beach Road, 120 km from the airport, 350 metres from the beach, 1 km from the centre of the entertainment Walking street.
Consists of a 12-storey building.
The hotel has 220 rooms.
Total area: 3 400 m2.
Beach: public, sandy beach 350 m away (2 coastline). Between the hotel and the beach road runs. Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses – for a fee, towels – free of charge.
We accept credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express.

It’s a very nice hotel with good size rooms. The staff is also helpful. Location is great as it is walking 5 mins from the beach and equal distance to the Central Pattaya Mall. All restaurants and convenient stores are very nearby.

The lobby looks decent but the rooms are small and weirdly made. The bathroom has a weird smell which seeps into the room as well.
No dental kits, hand towels provided when we checked in. Even after the room was cleaned the bath towels weren't replaced.
At the time of check out, the reception said that no porters are available. Falsely rated 4 star. At best, it should be called an average 3 star hotel

Good place to nearby sea beach.. Access to all locations..
Buffet is superb..
Would recommend to go for.
Only con is help desk which will not allow you for an early check in even if it's an hour..
Please plan exact time to go and check in.. Or u will have to sit in couch..

I felt warm when I used the services at this hotel. The staff provided good service. The food was delicious and to my liking. The staff, Ms. Pongsiri Kangram, Food and Beverage Department, gave good advice. There was a promotion of Chang bucket beer and cocktails and recommended various dishes. I felt good to meet the staff who provided very good service and were very professional. They also gave me a cloth bag with the Sunbeam logo. I felt very impressed to use the services at this hotel and I hope to come back again.

Sunbeam Hotel Pattaya located in the centre of the so eight Road covered with all the major restaurant and hotels nearby. All options of foods available available available, veg non-veg large numbers of massage parlours available 11 seven is stored is located just below the hotel hundred metres away beach is available. You can enjoy the 24 seven accessibility of everything. It is very good and safe hotel to stay, a five star from my side

The rooms and service here was great. We especially liked the breakfast menu and the options, a great staying experience overall. Reception staffs were helpful too. And another thing I liked here is that they provide you with a sustainable option of allowing us to choose whether to reuse the bed and bath towels if we would like to by placing the tag on the bed and the towles in the hanger. I haven't seen this in much of the places I have stayed in.

"Disappointing experience at SunBeam Hotel Pattaya, Bangkok. Unfortunately, I had money stolen from my locked bag during my stay. Even from my sister's too. we went a girls trip and we took 2 rooms . While going out the cleaning staff came inside and took the money . This was true statement.. and there where no help from there side... Despite the hotel's security measures, it appears that staff accessed my bag and took the cash. I'm extremely disappointed in the lack of respect for guests' property and the hotel's failure to provide a secure environment.
I hope the hotel takes necessary steps to address this issue and prevent future incidents. Until then, I would caution others to be vigilant with their belongings.

The hotel offers a convenient location with the center of city with clean rooms making suitable for solo and couple travellers. The staff was friendly but strict 2 pm checkin. The pool and wifi were also commendable. However the facilities were lacking limited hotel menu but affordable prices. While value of money would be average but over all experience is great and recommended as there are only few good hotels which look positive and safe to stay at the center of the city

Nicely located hotel. Very near to the beach road which is 5 mins away walking. Walking street not. Very near to the shopping zone, Central Mall, Night bazaar etc. Good comfortable rooms, Very good breakfast plenty of variety & hs live kitchen

Nice stay and nice breakfast. Staff were friendly and the room service was good. The room boy carried luggage while check in and check out time with care.The negative reviews that were shown seems to be fake
