Weekend Getaway 🏝 I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, especially with its family-friendly amenities like the outdoor pool and indoor playground. We stayed in a Family Suite, which included daily breakfast and complimentary access to Coco Pool and Coco Play.
However, I was disappointed with the service at Fat Coco Resturant by the Pool. I politely requested a staff member to inform me if a sunbed by the pool became available, as we were seated on the opposite side. After waiting over 20 minutes with no response, I had to call them again.
The staff member told me that I would need to monitor the availability of sunbeds myself because he had other customers to attend to and could not focus solely on me only... OMG!
Overall, while the hotel facilities were excellent, the service at Fat Coco fell short of expectations.

Staff are unfriendly and unhelpful, called to the reception several times to get extra water to the room, after which we were told we would have to pay which we agreed to, still the water never arrived after multiple calls.
Came down to the reception and asked to purchase the water since it never came, to only be told we could walk over to 7/11 to purchase if needed.
Hotel was noisy, staff throughout were not pleasant and it felt as if we were unwelcome.
Much better places you can stay at for a fraction of the price.

If you’re looking for a place that is great for your kids - this is the one for you. Great facilities for kids as the swimming pool was suitably designed for kids to have fun and they have a soft play area.
However, the restaurant was not great. Staff were nonchalant, inattentive and generally couldn’t care if we were received to or not. Food was a bit meh and pricey, but then you are on the beach front 🤷🏻♀️
The room felt very worn and tired. It was as clean as it could be but the whole place really needs an update.
It’s also very badly designed with stairs up to go down and entrances and exits in all kinds of places. Who designed this place?!
Breakfast was ok - had everything you needed but it did cater for all the A-One hotels (three in total) so was very busy.

Very poor service,
My first experience where we only get 2 bottles water per day and get charged extra for getting a refill.

The hotel is super well decorated and eye catching on its every corner (especially on the lobby, pool, playground, and resto area)
The room is okay. The hotel gives a vibe of an old hotel which recently got rejuvenated, but I'm not sure. The front office, restaurant staff, pool staff, and playground staff are all great but I can't really say the same for the housekeeper.
My daughter enjoyed our stay very much. She played a lot on the beach (which is near), at the pool, and playground (coco play).
I would def recommend the family with young kids to stay here for their vacation

I'm basically reviewing this for the restaurant and conference rooms and averaging the room score. The breakfast buffet was pretty average for the price, and the conference rooms were nice and modern, and all the equipment worked.

A 4-star hotel in Pattaya. A good first impression. The helpdesk was helpful but was limited by the English language. At times, it is difficult to understand the accent, but I did not find them rude as the other reviews I have read. However, the bell boys were not available to take the bags to the room.
The lifts can be compact for a family of 4 with baggage. The rooms were comfortable. Did not order room service, so cannot comment on that. The beach view is great from the room. The breakfast that comes with the booking was pretty good.
Overall, it was a good experience.

Great location and theme. The rooms were clean and well furnished but occupancy seems very low. Reception staff seemed preoccupied most times with administerial jobs. Took almost an hour to get our bags to the room that too after multiple reminders. Buffet was not upto mark. For meals outside buffet you are better off crossing the road to the restaurants in the adjacent properties.

VERY NOT RECOMMENDED.
The staff especially the ladyboy is lack of courtesy. The staffs is very rude. The hostel is old furnished and the only good thing about this hostel is just the location.
