“Sailing into comfort at A-One The Royal Cruise Hotel – where business meets leisure, and every sea-view feels like a vacation!”
We stayed for three nights at A-One The Royal Cruise Hotel during our official sales meet, and the experience was truly memorable. The hotel itself feels grand with its cruise-themed design and offers excellent sea-view rooms that instantly set the mood for a relaxing stay. Its prime location near Pattaya Beach, the Walking Street, and a big shopping mall makes it very convenient for both leisure and business travelers.
The ambience is simply fantastic—warm, lively, and welcoming. Breakfast was included in our plan, and it was well-prepared with plenty of options. To our delight, the hotel also served a few Indian dishes, which felt like a touch of home while being abroad.
Outside the hotel, Pattaya city never fails to impress me. This being my third visit, I can say the city always has something new to offer. The Big Buddha Temple was a highlight with its peaceful aura and beautiful surroundings. The nearby markets are bustling with life, full of local delicacies, and I particularly enjoyed the classic sticky rice with mango—a must-try in Thailand and do check the images for better understanding.
Overall, it was a pleasant and fulfilling trip, balancing work, relaxation, and exploration. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Pattaya.

The hotel and its furniture is old but well-cleaned.
There is no camera in corridor.

poor service...staff very rude...don't knowhow to respect customer....expecially ladyboy in reception..recommend to not come here it will spoil your holidays

I had a truly wonderful stay—room service was exceptional!
Every request was handled promptly and with a smile.
The staff was courteous, professional, and always helpful.
The room was spotless and well-stocked throughout my stay.
Meals arrived hot, fresh, and right on time.
Overall, a flawless experience—definitely a 10/10!

Good location. Roommate quite dated including the electronics. As a kid family friendly hotel updated connectable tvs would be good.
The attached kids play gym and pool are amazing though.
Buffet breakfast is a tad average though.

The hotel cooperates with Mood hotel to use the swimming pool, so you need to go to fourth floor of the hotel to use it.
The room is not soundproofed and I can hear people talking in the corridor very clearly.
The water pressure in the bathroom of shower is very low and it feels like it can't rinse cleanly.
I stay in room 2544. The air conditioner cannot be turn on properly. When I turn it on, it stops after about a minute. I kept repeating and the situation does not improve.
Breakfast is 👍 good. I like brewed coffee here.

This used to be my favourite Pattaya hotel, but, to my mind, it has been ruined in recent years. There is nowhere to sunbathe and relax around the pool anymore. They even covered over the best pool to make an outdoor restaurant after the pandemic. The pool that remains has been geared up for children. It's noisy at times. Guests frequently ignore the no smoking signs. Sorry to say, it is now a shadow of its former glory. That said, if you are taking a family vacation with children, it probably ticks all the boxes for you. The beds are still comfortable, and the bedding is high quality. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. The breakfast buffet has myriad options to cater to all tastes. The staff are friendly, helpful, and courteous. I still spend the occasional night at the hotel, but it is no longer a vacation spot for me.

Weekend Getaway 🏝 I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, especially with its family-friendly amenities like the outdoor pool and indoor playground. We stayed in a Family Suite, which included daily breakfast and complimentary access to Coco Pool and Coco Play.
However, I was disappointed with the service at Fat Coco Resturant by the Pool. I politely requested a staff member to inform me if a sunbed by the pool became available, as we were seated on the opposite side. After waiting over 20 minutes with no response, I had to call them again.
The staff member told me that I would need to monitor the availability of sunbeds myself because he had other customers to attend to and could not focus solely on me only... OMG!
Overall, while the hotel facilities were excellent, the service at Fat Coco fell short of expectations.

Staff are unfriendly and unhelpful, called to the reception several times to get extra water to the room, after which we were told we would have to pay which we agreed to, still the water never arrived after multiple calls.
Came down to the reception and asked to purchase the water since it never came, to only be told we could walk over to 7/11 to purchase if needed.
Hotel was noisy, staff throughout were not pleasant and it felt as if we were unwelcome.
Much better places you can stay at for a fraction of the price.
