This hotel offers excellent value for both business and families seeking a spacious and comfortable stay nearby the sea and not for from the city life.

This hotel had very unique design and I liked the facility in the room and ample parking made our visit more convenient.

We traveled from Bangkok in search of a peaceful retreat but still looking to experience the life of the city.

This hotel perfectly met our needs, providing a tranquil environment with plenty of room for everyone.

The swimming pool was a major hit with the kids, offering endless hours of fun and relaxation due to many pools options to swim and play.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel for families looking for a comfortable and enjoyable getaway.

Ok so here goes it's a long one I'm afraid.So on arrival we were greeted at the entrance by the lovely staff and the process and speed of check in was great. The rooms are a little bit outdated but you do get everything you need for a great stay for example a big comfortable bed and a nice big tv, Bathroom has alot of free items to use like a razor,dental kit,comb,cotton buds. The Housekeeping are very thorough and friendly. The breakfast was a MASSIVE improvement on our last hotel we stayed in Jomtien, Hot fresh food at breakfast and refilled really quick with a big selection of different food. They even have a pancake machine to make fresh ones with a touch of a button and a really nice machine to make a coffee. The Staff in the breakfast area are fantastic they really do look after you one man was joking around with my kids from day one which is great as it settled them in and it made getting them to breakfast easier knowing we would be greeted like this first thing in the morning. Me and my brother in law bought a drink and played some pool in the bar on one of the free two tables which is great to kill some time. There are 3 pools a young kids and two others all good fun. Location is great here you are right next to the central mall and the night bazaar where you can get many different items and a good price. The one downside to this hotel is the lifts are rather small so you do have to wait some time to go up or down.

I have stayed here a few times before as you do get what you paid for and much more. Like i said the staff are fantastic so thank you for everything you did for our recent stay.

Rooms r very very spacious.
Room amenities were very very gud.
2 different swimming pools for adults & Kids.
Only problem with this property is that the Garden view wing doesn’t have elevators.
If given room no. In the series of 300 then one has to climb 2 floors.
Yea definitely the stay here is recommended.

Full credit to Ms. Suwama and Ms. Fern from the travel desk who were of extreme good help and made it possible for us to do all in 2 days which we could have not achieved in 5 days.
The hotel has nicely maintained clean rooms with decent ambience, The staff of the hotel is very sincere and efficient. The swimming pool is huge and very clean. The location was the blessing for our very short trip to pattaya, beach is just across the road, all Indian restaurants, market is very very close to the hotel.

The Bayview: It's been several years since I stayed in this beautiful nostalgic hotel, I am however, a regular for the breakfast buffet, as well as happy hour at the "Exotica" where my friends often play pool or billards. Should you happen to purchase ( from the hotel) a CD, of the remarkable recording artist, Kamala, (owner of the hotel chain?) this may add another dimension to your stay😀 ... especially the song "Oh Pattaya"

Recently, however, I've heard (I hope it's not accurate) that an employee may be accused of "something" in order to get them out of the work force and save money during this time of reduced tourist income.

Great location (shopping place is around you beach take only a minute walk), clean standard room (a little bit small), polite customer services. It's a pleasant stay here.
