Signature Pattaya

Would have given 0 stars if it was possible. Rooms have broken bathtubs. There are also small cockroaches in the rooms. The staff is very arrogant and one receptionist tried to bill us a beverage that was already in the room saying that the seal is broken although it was not. We had to fight with her and get the beverage bottle down to check it. Worst experience.

Worst service, cockroaches in rooms , rude staff (reception staff) , be ready to pay extra almost equal to room rent per day if you are checking in early. Highly disappointed , full money minded people , bathtubs are already broken , also not for family

In all my years of travel, this is the worst hotel onhave ever stayed. I went to stay with my wife and the first room they gave me is in floor 3 where the entire floor seems to be a smoking zone. Once I entered the floor, the ciggerate smell was like scent applied in your body.

When I asked for a room change, they were very hesitant to provide but after a long heated conversation they provided a room. Next the service. Worst service experience. They will provide 2 very small water bottle for a day and if you need extra then that would cost 250 bhat. This case is similar to all basic amenities.

They don't understand English and it was very difficult to communicate anything. I ordered for hot and sour chicken soup. They gave me a cream of chicken soup. When I asked why is it not hot and sour, they told that the soup is hot 🤣🤣🤣. I ordered from the menu they provided but they don't recognise the item I ordered.

No one would eat such a disastrous breakfast. Omlette must have been prepared last day and kept to eat. No live cook for omlette. Noodles was like hell. They did some poha. Lol 🤣.

Commuting from there to night market would cost like 100 bhat in tuk tuk due to traffic but you cannot walk from there to any location. Overall I stayed there for 2 days and usually during vacation we would feel bad at the last day about leaving but at this hotel you will be very happy that the vacation is over and you can go out of there.

Disastrous Stay – More of a 250 BAHT Hotel Than Anything Else!

I recently stayed at Signature Pattaya Hotel, and I must say, it was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I've had in a long time. Based on what I encountered, the hotel should seriously consider renaming itself to the "250 BAHT Hotel," and here's why.

Unjustified Charges for Basic Requests

At every turn, it felt like I was being nickel-and-dimed for the most basic requests. Need a whiskey glass? That’ll be 250 baht. Need an extra towel? 250 baht. Want your blanket and bedsheet changed? 250 baht again! This kind of pricing for what should be standard services in any decent hotel was absurd and frustrating. It became a running joke during my stay, where anything I needed felt like it came with an added fee.

Outdated and Useless Amenities

The bath kits provided were extremely outdated, both in terms of quality and functionality. It felt like stepping back into a bygone era, and they were practically unusable. This lack of modern conveniences was shocking for a hotel that presents itself as reputable.

Monotonous and Lackluster Breakfast

If you’re staying for more than a day or two, prepare yourself for repetitive meals. The breakfast menu never changed during my stay. The same dishes were served daily, with no variety or effort to offer something new. This lack of attention to detail in such a simple area left a lot to be desired.

Clueless and Untrained Staff

One of the most striking issues was the incompetence of the hotel staff. They seemed completely unaware of basic hotel functions and were unable to assist with even the simplest inquiries. Whether it was about hotel amenities, local information, or room service, they appeared utterly clueless and poorly trained.

Old and Uncomfortable Beds

The beds were another disaster. The spring mattresses were clearly worn out, offering zero support. Every night felt like sleeping on a creaky, uncomfortable surface that left me sore the next morning. It's clear that the hotel has not invested in maintaining or updating its basic infrastructure.

The Only Saving Grace: Location

If there is one positive about this hotel, it's the location. It's conveniently situated for getting around Pattaya, but unfortunately, that’s where the positives end.

Conclusion

The only reason to stay here might be the location, but even that doesn't justify the poor service and unjustified charges. From the outdated amenities to the inattentive staff and uncomfortable beds, this hotel severely misses the mark on almost all fronts. I cannot recommend it and would advise others to look elsewhere for a more enjoyable and stress-free stay in Pattaya.

Before working learn some manners first and learn how to speak to customers . Greedy reception and bad communication and lot of attitude like they are the owner of the hotel . Haven't seen any reception like this thailand . They loot Indians by using lot of promotions , they still use towel before covid Era 😆😆😆 and try to check out on time or else one minute extra they charge 1000 baht , won't return the security deposit .. worst hotel in thailand of my 10 years experience

Old rooms with no noice management. Non existent coustomer service and only soap and shampoo as toiletries. Doesn't even have dental kit. Bed uncomfortable. Brakefast very limited with no sweet options. Lobby non AC in sweltering Pattaya heat. Only good thing is location
