My experience was lackluster.

The rooms are neat and I have no complaints there.

The room service is non existent. They gave us water bottles on our second day but did not clean the room or refill any items.

The staff is extremely rude and have a persistent grumpy look.
I asked for tissues on day 2 and they gave me a blank look. Hard to comprehend if they've understood what I said or not.

On day 3 I asked for soap and tea which was not refilled the previous day. They told me that soap and tea was over. Which hotel runs out of soap!!

To avoid!
We got a big bad surprise when coming back to hotel the 1st day, there were some different insects in the room (we had some cloths on the bed so need to all disinfect), and the bathroom was so dirty!
So I paid another hotel of 5 stars for almost the same price 400 meters near this one. I checked out..
To be honest, with a child of 3 years old, it was not comfortable to change the hotel at the last minute.
And in Pattaya to pay hotel so dirty at this price 185 euros for 2 nights, with insects.. bad experience.

I recently had a disappointing experience at the Beach Front hotel. The staff was extremely rude and lacked basic English communication skills. The food I ordered was excessively spicy, and when I requested them to modify the dish to make it sweeter, they rudely told me I had to place a new order. Due to the intense spice and chilly, my mouth was burning, so I asked for a water bottle. However, after witnessing such poor service, I decided to cancel my entire order and requested a refund for the unopened water bottle. To my surprise, they refused to take it back, which I considered cheating and unfair to tourists, who are their primary source of income. I ended up leaving without consuming any food, despite paying for everything. The taste didn't even match the standards of Thai cuisine. While the interior was impressive, the subpar service and food quality left a sour taste.
