Consists of one 15-storey Main Building (240 rooms) and one 56-storey Tower Wing (a total of 457 rooms, which are located up to 27 floors).
The hotel has 718 rooms.

Beach: public sandy beach in 200-300 m away, at site (1 coastline). Between the hotel and the beach is a road and promenade. Umbrellas, mattresses – a fee, towels – free of charge.

My advice is that sleep at the street is better to waste money here.
The reality is not there now due to off-season. The staff was not ready to serve. The train needs to be repaired and it's not in good condition 😞. Have rust and not cleaned.
Less crowded. Ideal before sun rising or evening. Daytime is not ideal if the sun is high. But try it it will show the beauty of the beach and around. Make sure to bring a portable fan with you. The ride will be around 20 minutes
Activities depend on the crowd.
The low , management system no sign. Guest much randomly walk around with luck .
If you like to have a sea view get extra 300-500 THB , by the way coffee or bar recipes only cash .Hotel bar ***
Yes , some employees like bell boy doing so good but do not expect anything when it's come to front dresk. Everything you ask for vanishing and drain like a waste.
Oh, be aware water park . Must buy tickets Frist if not walk about almost a KM to get a ticket and walked back .
They do not sale tickets in front of the park

The lady at water gate park will not allow you to getting in with out with no sorry face for you to walking back . No friendly not welcome attitude

Horrible experience I have ever review.
There was some flooding in central Pattaya after a huge thunderstorm but this place is immune from all that. So glad I was here when that flooding happened. Always security in building and near elevators.😀
The hotel is located in the Russian area, surrounded by Russian tourists, bars, and even the street is called the “Russian street”. If you want to avoid racist comments about your culture, I’d recommend picking another hotel.
