Location: Central Pattaya near shopping Mall The Avenue Pattaya (300m, 3 min walk), 850 m from the centre of nightlife in Pattaya – Walking Street (10 minute walk), 123 km from the Suvarnabhumi Bangkok airport (1 hour 25 minutes), 43 km from the airport U-Tapao (45 minute drive).
Consists of one 8-storey building.
The hotel has 91 rooms.
Beach: public, sandy beach 650 m from the hotel (3 coastline). Umbrellas, sun beds: free.
Accepts credit cards: Master Card, Visa.
Deposit on arrival (cash).
Smoking is allowed on the balcony.
Accommodation for disabled (2 rooms, Elevator access in lobby, restaurant).

is over. Right in the area of action yet very quiet at night. Clean, big rooms, remarkably good service, new fitness equipment, good size pool. It is the best for the money. My go-to hotel when visiting Pattaya.
I am wondering if the cost of the towel worth the bed experience guests has in his first visit to this hotel , not mentioning the review reflecting my impressions . In this case : first and last are the same.
The hotel itself is tailored for the indian. If you are a westerner you will not enjoy your stay here.
I will also include this I paid 24000 baht for 2 dirty rooms, I wasn’t expecting to put up with spices drifting in under my door continuously.
I actually left this hotel 2 days into the 6 night planned stay, after raising issues with staff at the hotel they just threatened to call police, as if I was being a nuisance to raise concerns..
i tried to get a refund on the remaining 4 nights I had still on both rooms and I was refused a refund.
But to be honest the worst customer service experience I have ever witnessed in Thailand, lucky for the horrible people working there this isn’t my first time in Thailand. As if it was I would have never wanted to go to a hotel again after the experience I had there with the horrible staff..
you’re money is not worth spending in this hotel it is garbage
The pool isn’t even shaded not to mention my friend got sick from swimming in it once, maybe you should up the chlorine as I doubt you’re using that which baffles me..
I was charged for twice the daily rate for a 1 day booking. At first I thought the overcharge was a security deposit. When went to check out in the morning I requested my refund. The desk clerk told me I requested 2 days!
Eventually they agreed to refund the overcharge in 15 days. Now it has more than a month and still no refund. They have ignored two emails on the matter. I filed a claim with the credit card company.

negative:
- the pool area urgently needs renovation. Sharp, broken tiles, broken sun loungers
- The bed mattres ist very hard
- the minibar is not stocked
The receptionist was very rude especially during the checkout,she says that a bathrobe and a glass were missing from one of our rooms and literally made us pull the luggage from the car and checked.Till that point we had a good impression on the hotel though the receptionist is bad but now we don't recommend anyone to go nearby that hotel,we literally felt that they blamed us as thieves.
