Just had a lovely holiday with family at this hotel. First mention should be the AMAZING staff, they are really hard working, polite and very friendly. They do everything they can to ensure you have a great holiday and that includes every single one of them no matter what their job is. I've been there 3 times. This time I experienced the bad experience, room beds where like sleeping on springs no iron plus most things were closed as of end of season. But overall was good my child loved it and the food was OK..

Nice atmosphere for families looking for a beach vacation. The resort offers many options such as yoga, water polo, beach volleyball, nightly entertainment. They also have kids crafting and activities available. The pools are nice and we found the beach nice as well. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We have our last night here today. Got our favorite ice coffee from Yasin, the best bartender at the resort. Always friendly! Food is always fresh and there is a great variety. I have spent my holiday for one week in orange county hotel. That was one of my best holidays. The food and dessert were delicious and various. Animation team was very active. every night was a different show for example acrobatics and Salsa. The personnel were very kind and polite, i will definitely choose this hotel again if i go to Turkey again.

We had such a great family holiday here. My partner proposed to me on the beach, so Eftalia Holiday Village will always hold a special place! Staff were fantastic and location is great. We are actually hoping to return in the next year or so. The hotel used to be luxurious long time ago. now it is far from 5 stars. All baths are dirty - rust, mold and repulsive smell. I'm nervous when I read reviews, but the rooms are clean, well maintained and new materials to be used, it's a relief. The variety of food in the least, but it's enough. Rested at this hotel in July 2015. The hotel is family-run, quiet, peaceful night brawlers was not. If you want a night of dancing, 3 of the hotel(about 400 meters) from the MS beach, MS is arancia, there is disco and very decent. From the beginning, very far from the airport (2 hours by car) and far from being a 5 star hotel... We stayed in the old building, so everything is quite worn out or outdated. The elevators seem newer but look cheap and tacky and are really small. More important aspects would be the really thin walls and balcony door. We were really happy with the service at Bera Alanya. Especially with the animation team , a special mention for Suna at the animation team. She was really sweet, helpful, entertaining. I stayed at this hotel from September 16th to 25th. The food is good, the alcohol is good, but the animation is terrible. Young animators are generally slackers, there was a cheerful animator (short, with blue eyes), but he couldn't cope alone. We had a family vacation at this hotel. We were very impressed. Many thanks to the animators who work near the pool, really cool guys. Kitchen: food for every taste, everything is very tasty. The hotel is very clean. The rooms are always cleaned. We will definitely come again next year.

beach wasn't that nice, the food during dinner was not good. 2 of our family puked and got sick because of it. The lock on the bathroomdoor didn't unluck, so i called them 3 times and they didn't fix it, when i saw the handyman he tried to fix it but he didn't and left it the way it was. service is terrible. The rooms are ok, nothing special, defitely not very clean. Only woman who really does housekeeping...

We spent 7 nights here, the staff were great, they really couldn't do enough for us. The food was good, plenty to pick from every day. The hotel is very clean an well maintained. Multiple pools to pick from, but only heated by the sun! I would definitely book again. The only down side was outside businesses were roaming the hotel try to get you to get tattoos or hair cuts. Loved this hotel. Absolutely lovely. Just a shame we went in the winter so we couldn't get to check out the jetty on the beach. I did still get in the sea though!

Food good, really big choice - restaurant sometimes overcrowded. Hygiene- excellent. Staff- good, speaking more languages, but they will try to put you in basement apartment, and then you should fight for better one. Beach and pool - good, but in the sea in that place are big rocks, so we‘v spent most of the time at the pool. Wifi- awful! Really really poor. Gym - small, without AC, to die inside....

Place was overcrowded, food had lack of variety, though eatable. WIFI was slow, aguess 800 people dissolves the speed. Entrance to the hotel was not very lavish more like 3* entrance. With 600. - euros per week you'll find better hotels.
