Amon Hotels Belek - Adult Only

I had holiday there last week for 6 days. I don't even know where to start with.
So first things was that when we arrived at 5 am we waited to check in until 2pm, and for all this 8 hours not even one time none of the staff came to at least offer something to drink, had to go and get it myself all the time. We asked maybe like 20 times about the room what time will get ready, they would just say around 12 or 2 or "we will let you know" lack of English... around 2 pm we asked again and the russian receptionist lady had our key because the room was ready but no one came to tell us. We had leaking in toilet for over 4 days, we asked to be fixed, someone looked up but problem didn't get solved, on the 5th day they fixed it. The bathroom door got locked one time. The telephone in room doesn't have any number how to contact reception. There is no iron in room, you gotta pay extra for this services. Food was not bad but mainly same things every day. Housekeeping went inside room on last day without even knocking. The food court that was supposed to be afternoon snack, only offered greasy burgers every day and even found ant in the chips. Hygiene was totally 0% . It was literally horrible. Staff doesn't care, management is terrible.

Bought spa treatment for my girlfriend. Absolutely terrible experience for her. She was wearing a swimsuit and told she would not be able to get the treatment without bikini. She was forced to buy a bikini for 30euro. The quality of which was terrible and broke. Management agreed to exchange bikini but no refund offered even though she was obviously upset. No complimentary drinks given as promised.

Completely over priced, in the end bikini was unnecessary for the massage treatment. Russian staff member at front of house extremely rude.

When the girls asked to speak to the manager the rude woman at front of house said she was the only one who could translate for him.

The WORST hotel ever. Dirty rooms and the PLATES in the dining room, total absence of any hygiene and cleaningness. The rooms are old, dirty and overall disgusting + there are insects there. The personnel of the hotel doesn’t care about any of the above and about yourself. The visitors of the hotel are mostly men 40+ who behave inappropriate and violate personal space. You do not feel safe in this hotel. Food is bad, not fresh and absolutely is not tasty. Music is weird + there are too many disgusting drunken people. The place is a stash

Worst Spa ever. Not clean. People are not professional. Massage was not good. Rubbish in all corners. In the beginning they promised tea. We did not get anything. No relaxing at all. Bad smelling towels!

Not a very good hotel with high prices! The bars have very poor service which is only one person is working at it, the food is not good, and very drunken people are in the hotel at all times morning afternoon evening midnight! The beach is far from the hotel you have to use the buss to reach it, it is normal hotel it didn’t deserve that money.
