Amon Hotels Belek - Adult Only

Bought spa treatment for my girlfriend. Absolutely terrible experience for her. She was wearing a swimsuit and told she would not be able to get the treatment without bikini. She was forced to buy a bikini for 30euro. The quality of which was terrible and broke. Management agreed to exchange bikini but no refund offered even though she was obviously upset. No complimentary drinks given as promised.

Completely over priced, in the end bikini was unnecessary for the massage treatment. Russian staff member at front of house extremely rude.

When the girls asked to speak to the manager the rude woman at front of house said she was the only one who could translate for him.

The WORST hotel ever. Dirty rooms and the PLATES in the dining room, total absence of any hygiene and cleaningness. The rooms are old, dirty and overall disgusting + there are insects there. The personnel of the hotel doesn’t care about any of the above and about yourself. The visitors of the hotel are mostly men 40+ who behave inappropriate and violate personal space. You do not feel safe in this hotel. Food is bad, not fresh and absolutely is not tasty. Music is weird + there are too many disgusting drunken people. The place is a stash

Worst Spa ever. Not clean. People are not professional. Massage was not good. Rubbish in all corners. In the beginning they promised tea. We did not get anything. No relaxing at all. Bad smelling towels!

Not a very good hotel with high prices! The bars have very poor service which is only one person is working at it, the food is not good, and very drunken people are in the hotel at all times morning afternoon evening midnight! The beach is far from the hotel you have to use the buss to reach it, it is normal hotel it didn’t deserve that money.

I reserved a room in this hotel. When I arrived at the hotel, I found the hotel very crowded and full of single people and drunk men.
The management of the hotel was very poor, everywhere was dirty and everywhere was full of used towels and the cleanliness of the place was very poor. I waited for about an hour to get a room. They delivered and didn't even allow me to pick up food in the snack food section and told me that you have to order so that we can give it to you.
The way the executive staff and service staff were treated was very bad, but in the reservation department, they were treated with kindness , but in general, I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, and unlike what you see on other sites and places, the location is very inappropriate.
The inappropriateness of the hotel was so great that I had to leave the hotel together with my wife even though I had paid for the hotel stay.
Considering that I was only in the hotel for an hour and the room was not delivered to me, the hotel refused to return any of the money paid.

My experience at Amon Hotel in Antalya was extremely disappointing and uncomfortable due to their outdated and discriminatory hotel concept. The practice of issuing wristbands based on marital status is not only archaic but also completely inappropriate and disrespectful.

As a single traveller wearing the designated wristband, I felt targeted and harassed by some male guests during my stay. This created a distressing and unsafe environment, and I was constantly on edge throughout my time at the hotel.

While I must acknowledge the kindness of one staff member, it hardly compensated for the overall negative atmosphere and the lack of genuine concern for guest well-being.

Additionally, the discriminatory nature of the hotel concept made it clear that this is not a welcoming place for Muslim guests. The policy is not only divisive but also goes against the principles of inclusivity and respect for all guests' beliefs and backgrounds.

I can not recommend Amon Hotel to anyone, especially those who value their safety, dignity, and respect while travelling. The management should urgently re-evaluate their practices and update their policies to ensure that all guests are treated with equality and fairness, regardless of their marital status or religious beliefs. Until then, this hotel falls far short of providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay for anyone seeking a pleasant and inclusive experience in Antalya.
