Overall, the hotel was good, but the variety of food was limited and didn’t taste very satisfying. The desserts and drinks were good, but not great. Alcoholic drinks are available in different areas of the hotel, but only the LobbyBar offers good quality. The only thing that would make me return to this hotel is its amazing forest-like surroundings and beautiful nature. Mornings by the pool were incredibly peaceful and relaxing.

I just arrived at this hotel today, and I’m already disappointed. When I got to my room, there was no bottled water. I called reception to ask for some—even mentioned I was willing to pay—but they were unhelpful and showed no urgency in addressing my request. For an all-inclusive hotel, this is unacceptable and reflects poorly on their service. I would highly recommend avoiding this place—you’ll likely find much better options elsewhere. Very disappointing experience.

You like eating the same food everyday? Look no further! The breakfast is the best thing here, but for lunch and dinner you will find the same things everyday. There is also a snack bar that serves food untill 02:00am which is good and not common for any hotels but it serves the same food every day. The snack bar advertises kebabs, tortillas, pizzas, tacos, skewers, etc. But all you will get is burgers (beef apparently), baked potatoes, chips and spaghetti. Everyday bear in mind. You would think that in Türkiye a hotel would serve a kebab at least once. 10 days here and nothing. Also there is very little meat in the dishes, ratio of 1:8 so if you are a meat fan, get ready to be disappointed. Overall the hotel looks nice, its clean when walking around it and nicely kept but a massive downside is the food.

The hotel is so disgusting and never 5 stars. The cleaning ladies were very rude and only mopped the floor with water. Because of this the whole hotel stank so much. The smell was so bad you almost wanted to vomit. The staff were also very rude. The rooms were dirty and the floors were full of sand, the bathroom was moldy and the showers were not cleaned. On top of that the food was very bad and disgusting. If you want cold water then you're out of luck because the fridges in the whole hotel don't work. You are not served and when you eat they don't ask you what you want to drink. I wanted to get a drink from the bar and there was an ant in the drink.

A great place to go with family.
So many food options and good food.
Missing a lot of training for the service teams, as you can see, some very good and others not so good. In general friendly staff.
Special thanks to the young guy who welcomed us and took us to our rooms. Also the teams on the beach and pier bar!

The resort has many pools where we could choose some nice and quiet and others busier. Plenty of beach beds are always available.

I visited the Turkish speciality restaurant, which had great food, but the service was rushed, I'm not sure why, so I had to tell the waiter to slow it down several times.
Entertainment could be better...
Overall, a great experience and recommended.

We travel quite often and prefer to stay in an all-inclusive resort as it is much easier when you travel with your kid. On the other hand, it would be difficult to find a point of contact from the management as the operation is big when you stay in big resort. Parents sometimes have special requests for their little ones and we were so pleased with the facility and service. What surprised us was the management team, they were always on the floor rather than in their office for all our special requests they were so kind and supportive. All staff is friendly and helpful but I would like to send special thanks to Mr. Bulent Sarigul as he made much enjoyable time and happy holiday for us. We will come back to this hotel and I wish I had booked for a longer period but we will come soon.

Definitely I don’t recommend this hotel at all , currently at the reception finishing my average holiday .. I am used to come to Antalya every year and this hotel was the worst one I’ve ever been to .. almost no air conditioning all over the hotel . Rooms , reception, restaurants.. food is average 👎👎.. swimming pool are dirty they don’t clean them and the water temperature of the swimming pools are so hot 🥵 and the weather is so hot as well so you won’t get refreshed while swimming.long queue at the restaurants to pick some food .. if you want a nice holiday definitely don’t pick this one

I spent a week in the beginning of June when the weather was perfectly pleasant. I didn’t leave the hotel in 8 days, cause I had everything I needed to get amused and enjoy the nature. The staff were very kind and attentive, despite hearing otherwise. The only drawback for me was the massage experience which is optional but was expensive and didn’t fulfil the expectations. The food in seafood Zimt restaurant was exceptionally good. The cappuccinos of coffee shop were great. The Terrace restaurant had a huge selection and did beautiful food decoration in special days. There were entertaining events with free drinks, good dancers and DJs almost every night.

I love this place. There are a lots of green areas. High diversity of swimming pools, nice shows and very nice staff. Staff is fast and very nice. They know the base of English. They help you with transport your luggage by Melex.
The food is fresh, good quality and tasty. High diversity of food and drink.
You have even a coffee house included.

The rooms are old but in good condition and clean.

The resort was booked online according to the pictures shown on their website.. once we arrived the room was disgusting cause it stinks and really and has 3 separate beds despite of telling them that we need a double bedroom for me and my wife, however they show us another room which looks better but still has a big problem with air conditioner and it was really hot. Prices was really expensive and the resort doesn’t value it. The food and other activity was really good but the problem was with the air conditioner.
