Grand Oral Hotel

I had stayed in this hotel for 8 days last August. In my opinion, the value for money is perfect. Since it's considered as a low-budget-hotel, I can affirm that it offers respectful services. The staff was acceptably polite. The rooms were cleaned almost daily. The breakfast is acceptable for that price. The most wonderful strong point is the amazing location of the hotel; it's located in the heart of Fatih district, in a busy neighborhood where you can hang out and walk around even at a late hour without being afraid. The Yenikapi Metro station (the most important station in the whole metropolitan network of Istanbul) is just 2 min away (you should just walk over the bridge to cross the main avenue). For those who seek shopping, for those who are coming alone without guided tours, it's certainly one of the best options with this interesting price! If you are looking for a place where you can sleep comfortably at night and eat well at breakfast, I highly recommend this hotel.
Note: the elevator needs some reparations...
There were some works or repairments in the top floor which made some noise during the day (they end by the evening). I hope they are over now :)
