I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and concern regarding our recent experience at [Hotel Name Cityloft], specifically related to the extreme noise disturbances we encountered. My wife and I traveled from the Netherlands with the expectation of a relaxing and peaceful stay at your esteemed hotel from [Date of Stay15/01/24].
Unfortunately, our experience was far from peaceful. Throughout our stay, we were subjected to loud and explicit noises that seemed to be coming from adjacent rooms. These sounds were unmistakably of a sexual and inappropriate nature, occurring frequently, especially during the night. This not only disrupted our sleep but also caused significant embarrassment and discomfort for both of us.
The purpose of our visit was to enjoy a relaxing getaway, but the constant exposure to such disturbing sounds made our stay extremely uncomfortable and frankly, unacceptable. We had hoped for a higher standard of guest conduct and intervention from the hotel management in such situations.
I trust that you will understand the gravity of this issue and the impact it had on our overall experience. We kindly request that you address this matter with the seriousness it deserves, ensuring that future guests do not have to endure a similar experience. Perhaps implementing stricter policies or more vigilant monitoring of guest behavior could prevent such instances.

Dark and worn out. Lacking quality maintenance. So-called kitchen doesn't have a cooker and even ordinary dishes. Not good but for heating up in microwave only

I really like this place, it's so amazing,nice and neat. The Staff is really so good and helpful. They clean the rooms everyday actually the cleaning staff should be given five stars because they are so polite,Miss.Gülizar and her female colleagues thank you for being nice .....keep it up

Good and cozy ☀️ hotel. Very nice price for Istanbul. Everyday 💗 cleaning room, clean towels, slippers, i stay long term in room with balcony. Housekeeping Nezaket ve gülüzar always helped me with some my wishes. Also recommend reception guy Barış very polite and friendly. Hotel have otopark. It's very comfortable for small hotels. I'm will be glad to stay in this place in next my tour. Thanks for everything guys ❤️ ps. Very strange to read bad reviews because if room have problem you can change or fix it very easy. Just need to ask staff, not silent and after write bad reviews. I am really surprised by the loyalty of the guys at the reception. usually in Turkey tourists are treated very ignorantly. but this hotel is like home. İ recommend for Ukrainian friends this hotel.

The hotel is clean. Cleaning for tips will bring you everything and take care of a comfortable stay. The main thing is not to be shy about contacting the service. Very friendly staff. Especially Baris (Bariş Çiftçi) the receptionist is very loyal and helpful. Breakfast is pricey. But I used getir Food delivery. All parcels can be waiting for you at the reception. The hotel left a good impression on me. I'll be back again.

Unfriendly staff and noisy neighborhood. They couldn’t even describe the types of room. High price compared to others in the same area.
