Very good location of the hotel. Super kind staff and owner. Yes, rooms are small but clean and tidy. Hotel has 2 small drawbacks, breakfasts (small place to eat and selection of food is just non existing) and thin walls - you literally hear everything. Other than that , hotel is good for a stay.

I booked the room for one night and got a miniature room where i couldn't fit out 2*20kg baggages. I was stopped by the owner in the last day after a review on Google to tell me that i added a bad review about his property which isn't real .He also said that he doesn't usually book anything for one night ,surprisingly i had booked it for one night without issues and I'm pretty sure he isn't keeping that room unused. About the service i can say that the room didn't offer too much ,one thing i can mention is why did i receive coffee and tea in the room and i also had a heater and i have not received any water ,i had 3 other places rented in Istanbul during my 7 day trip and all of them offered this . The breakfast was very poor and a small place like the room with very few options of eating . The last thing to mention was the check in time ,i had requested an earlier time for check which i was told to have it, if there was any room available.I made it at 10 in the hotel and was told that there is no room available yet and that I'll be contacted through WhatsApp if something will be ready before the check in time at 14 . No one contacted me anymore and it's been 16:00 when i actually arrived at the hotel . Overall it's been a very poor experience with this place and i wouldn't recommend it under any condition.

We really enjoyed our stay.
The rooms were very clean and tidy. The shower was excellent!
We had everything we needed and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast on the terrace with an amazing view was a big highlight!

Had an issue with the room. The staff went above and beyond to solve it and managed to. The hotel is located in the old town which is convenient for cultural tourists. Breakfast room is on the rooftop providing a picturesque view over the Sea of Marmara

Very nice small hotel. Rooms are very small but it had everything we needed. Great upstairs terrace where we had a great and tasty breakfast...the views were spectacular from here. Hotel is close by to grand bazaar as well as tram to other parts of istanbul. Also close to numerous grocery shops and turkish baths

I was kicked out of the hotel with my 13 years old daughter the minute we arrived at the reception.
The manager/owner tried to blackmail me for the taxi fare from the airport to the hotel, and when I did not comply with his request, he kicked us out and told me he didn't want customers like me!!!!
It was the worst experience ever!!!!
Never witnessed an unethical and unprofessional behaviour like this before in any of the hotels around the globe!!!
The owner's attitude is very bad, he lacks professionalism and morals.
Will never advise or recommend any of my family members and friends to visit.

We absolutely loved the hotel location! It’s close to the main attractions, lovely cosy restaurants :) besides, it’s not loud here at night :) room was cosy, a bit smaller though.
Staff is very kind and helpful in every way, if you need anything, they can help you very quickly.
The biggest highlight is breakfast at the rooftop, with nice view on the city :) I’d definitely book my next stay in this hotel!

A very nice hotel, in the middle of the old city center. You're close to most attractions. Very clean place, the staff was absolutely amazing and incredibly helpful. The room was great and so was the bed. The breakfast has limited options but its very tasty!
