We had a rest in Istanbul in January, we really liked the service at the hotel. The girl at the reception - Zakiya, helped to solve all the issues. Most of the sights are within walking distance, there is a tram stop and the Grand Bazaar nearby, we extended our rest for another 4 days at this hotel. Breakfasts are good.

+ THIS IS A LIFE CHANGING EXPERIENCE. Thank you very much. I really enjoyed it. My room was cleaned up every single day and the reception lady was very pleasant and nice. For those who don’t speak English, stuff speaks fluently Russian. Breakfast is astounding as well. Thanks lots09.11.2024
Very friendly staff, helped out a ton. Anything we asked we had their immediate support. Gave great recommendations and super friendly. Felt like I was staying at a friends house.

This boutique hotel is compact in nature but clean and perfect for a base. It is close to the tram line and historic sites but beware the steep streets - a great workout! The lady on reception is very friendly and helpful, we had a map on arrival and she showed us where we were and where the sites were. She also recommended a couple of places for food. There is a little shop opposite with essentials, cold drinks etc Breakfast was not a highlight for us but it all depends what you are used too. Starbucks is a short walk up the steep street!

Great location and very kind people. Kadri was amazing. Knowing we were there for a single night, due to a long layover, he went out of his way to upgrade our room to something nicer and show us around the hotel.

Best hotel in istanbul. Great location. Close to the main tourist attractions and restaurants. Clean rooms and excellent room service. Many options for breakfast. The guy at reception was very helpful to us. I definitely recommend it

The hotel converted from an apartment has an excellent location, right next to Istanbul's Grand Bazaar and Turkish Baths. It is very convenient to visit the Bazaar or take a bath. There are also Chinese restaurants nearby, although the taste is not authentic, it is better than nothing. The girl at the front desk was very friendly and helped call a taxi and help negotiate the price. If you like to visit old streets, you can choose here, although the conditions are average.

Extremely pleasant stay. The staff at this hotel are genuinely welcoming. Nothing is too hard for them and they will do anything to make your stay enjoyable. The rooms are of decent size and clean, the breakfast plentiful and tasty. The location is very convenient to the Grand Bazaar and Hagia Sofia.

We stayed for 4 nights here to visit Istanbul. The service we received in the hotel was exceptional, especially the main guy on reception desk (not sure of his name) but he was so helpful and friendly.
The location was perfect. Easy to get to all the main attractions. Room was cleaned everyday. Great value for money.

The hotel was very central and only about 5 minutes from the tram station. It was clean but a bit run down, but nothing bad. You could take coffee, tea and water 24/7. The hotel staff was very friendly and nice.
