Huge rooms and washrooms. We stayed at their family room. We were early but the let us check in. Great hospitality. The guy at the reception was very humble. He saw that our kids were tired from the flight and offered us to check inn early. We had an amazing stay at this place. Its very quiet and clean. 10 mins to the grand bazaar and the mosque.

Visited this hotel in 2023 with delegates of Lahore Tax Bar Association in February 2023. It was very good experience, my good memories are with this hotel. I must say that you can visit this hotel and stay with friends and family.

The first thing i noticed as soon as i entered the reserved room was the excessive hairs still left on the sheets, bathroom full of mold and airvent full of dust. Cheap and okish as location but be prepared for a lack of service/cleanliness. Tv was present only as a prop. The host had no clue how to fix the tv so we just imagined it was working.

DO NOT STAY HERE. We had booked 4 nights and arrived, to the property manager (who couldn't speak English) tell us they 'couldnt retrieve our booking' and had to pay for a larger room. We asked to show our email booking confirmation and they refused us access to Internet. After an hour talking with Expedia, who told us the hotel were being uncooperative, we had to find somewhere else to stay last minute. The rooms also don't look at all like in the photos, even the receptionist was shocked seeing them. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Very friendly staff, they gave us a better room than we had, let us leave the luggage after check out and gave us tea, coffee and water. All this for an incredible price

Very poor service. Definitely won't be going here again. They only cleaned our room every 2 days. In all my experience in staying in a hotel over the world, they always clean the room every day. There were ants in the room when complained they didn't take any action. My wife got so pissed off she ended up cleaning the room herself. The staff weren't helpful at all apart from 1 guy who always spoke to us and was very chatty. The manager didn't care bout our needs. I overheard 3 families complaining, but the staff said when the manager comes in the morning, they will let him know of all our complaints. Which was never addressed the next day. The other guests staying there also were complaining. Don't book here, guys, maybe cheap, but you will get poor service. Location is brilliant, everything nearby walking distance.

I was in vacation with my family in istanbul .. Really the service was not good at first in our reservation was included breakfast first day was norml second day the manager there he said we should pay extra to have breakfast , second cleanning room 3 days no one you should clean yourself your room !! Honnestly the hotel not bad but the service is very bad

In the first look to this hotel I was chocked really as the hotel location is little bit inside and between the houses in the second day I walk behind the hotel to discover the area and I love it you can found all what you need behind you the second room what we have the shower head was broken and when we spoke with the manager he changed it straight away we have booked a tourist guide and it was easy to pick up us . We rented 2 rooms for 5 people the double room it has one bed the 3 bedroom for 3 people it contains 2 doubled beds and one single bed when you will be out the hotel and you need to clean your you must to tell them and give them the key only one thing I didn’t like it is the breakfast. You will pay 5£ for nothing really not worth it it’s not Turkish breakfast what we expected the crew in this hotel is very friendly and really very polite either I asked them to charge my power bank and they accept and if you have any questions or problems just ask them they will tell you wait for the manager to come at 10 morning that the latest what you will wait . I like the stay in this hotel and I will come back next my visit to Turkey

The only good thing about this place is the location.
The room is outdated and requires some maintenance. It was a very dirty room also.
The aircon didn't work. Lucky the windows opened up.
We had a group of Russian working women on our level, and they were coming and going all night, paper thin walls 😉 if you get my drift.
Overall, I would have to say I wouldn't be back to this hotel, but if you're in a pinch, then book. Otherwise, there are better places for the same price.

Top notch staff who are very helpful and professional. The hotel is a walking distance from all the tourist attractions and any daily needs you may have (supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants, etc…). If you have kids, there’s is a park with a play area right around the corner. It was a great experience. Thank you to Murat and all other friendly staff.
