I stayed at the hotel for 6 nights at the beginning of September. The room was for me and my sister. We booked a room overlooking the mosque. The room was clean and comfortable. There was a problem with the bathroom drains, so the smell was clear. We close the door before sleeping and before leaving the room to make sure that the room does not fill with this bad smell. But do not consider it a problem in the entire hotel. I asked my friends staying in other rooms and everything was fine and they did not have any smell.
The service is good and satisfactory. The staff are friendly and speak English and some of them speak Arabic as well. Daily room cleaning service.
I did not take pictures of the breakfast buffet, but it is considered excellent. It has several types to satisfy all tastes and is very delicious.
The hotel's location is excellent, close to several transportation routes. You can reach Taksim Square via the bus station near the hotel, and you can reach Eminonu, Sirkeci, Sultanahmet and Beyazit And even further via the tram station very close to the hotel.
There are grocery stores, exchange shops, sweet shops, restaurants and a mosque next to it.
In general, the hotel is very clean and comfortable, the breakfast is delicious, the staff is kind, the location is great, and I highly recommend staying there.👌

Very bad experience “with” not “in” hotel. I did a reservation with agoda and when I arrived to the hotel (11 pm) the receptionist said to me that the hotel is full and it’s impossible to have a room. I asked for a solution (confirmation support by mail), he said to me “you can wait till the morning” I can do nothing for you, I’m the face of this hotel, there is no management”.
Even if there is a reservation problem, you must welcome differently by investing in professional staff.
Management: maybe think to invest in a channel manager to!

Do not go for a massage, I do not recommend it at all, I paid 3 thousand liras, she gave a 10-minute massage, all the staff are scammers.

I went to Istanbul for the first time after always hearing how amazing their shopping is. I booked this hotel through a travel agency and never have I ever stayed at a worse hotel. The carpet was so disgusting I couldn’t walk on it without shoes on. I felt dirty even walking on it. My mom and I shared a room. The bathroom smelled of sewage. It was so disgusting it felt unclean to shower in the bathroom. On top of that we asked for our own room key each. The people at the front desk were so rude they started yelling at us saying each room only gets 1 key. Meanwhile you need the key to keep the electric and AC on in the room. So if my mom stood out late and I wanted to sleep they would send someone to open the room for her. The breakfast that was included was very minimal and nothing like what we’re used to. Never ever go to this hotel.

The hotel is “okay”, as structre, breakfast.. horrible reception ive never been more disrespected more in my whole life, imagine asking for a pillow, and being rejected in the worse way possible, threatening you to leave the hotel at the mid of the night, plus had a big room reserved with mr mehmet the manager, arrived, found not booked, rejected couple of times from the horrible reception, after begging cause its mid of the night and hard to find hotels they gave me literally a 2x2 room for 2 persons, gave it 2 stars cause the facility is fine, other than this go sleep outside below the bridge and dont get in touch with such management

Extremely rude manager, with a lot of attitude, tried to up charge me. Rooms are not cleaned properly. Breakfast is below standard and very limited. Location is the only positive factor about this place.
(Also booked a super deluxe room and did not give me the room that I paid for, ruined the trip)

Room was dark. Shower is broken. No paper change. Door opens after 3d try. View is awful . Breakfast like in 2star hotel.

I was there last week the service I reception was great but the room is small the towels were dirty from another guest , there was not changed in my two days stay, breakfast was ok but not healthy a lot of carbohydrates , only location is good near the tram and metro.
