We stayed at the Sarnic Premier Hotel during our vacation in Istanbul, at the end of our trip, and had an excellent experience. Booking was easy and check-in went smoothly. The staff were very kind and helpful, always clear with their explanations and ready to answer all our questions. The location is one of the hotel’s main highlights. It is in Sultanahmet, the historic area of Istanbul, just a short walk from the Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque. The neighborhood is safe and ideal for exploring the city on foot. The hotel is comfortable, and the rooms are quiet and well-maintained. It doesn’t have a pool or gym, but that wasn’t a problem for us. Everything was clean and organized, and the breakfast was excellent — diverse, well served, and consistently replenished. Another positive point was the support we received for local tours. We took a paid boat tour arranged by the hotel, and they managed everything, from pickup to instructions, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. We felt well guided and very safe. The value for money is excellent, especially considering the comfort, service, and prime location. I highly recommend Sarnic Premier Hotel for anyone looking for convenience, hospitality, and easy access to Istanbul’s main attractions.

Front of house were good. My specific room condition wasn’t good. Damp smell and bathroom door that didn’t close. Breakfast had a good spread.

This is probably the worst hotel in Istanbul. There are literally 5 star grand hotels that are cheaper than this hotel 10 minutes away. There were cats fighting outside the windows all night and the resteraunt only serves breakfast and somehow they failed that aswell. Everything was out of date and stale. The hotel staff were not friendly like the other reviews claim they were rude and unhappy to help. The bathrooms inside the hotel rooms did not have hot water running for most of the time and the drains did not work which caused the bathroom to flood and drain after 3 and a half hours. The thing that really annoyed me is that they had tripadvisor hotel award stickers all over the hotel which were from 2012, 12 whole years ago. This hotel is not worth it at all and I would only go there if my life depended on it. Also the hotel room pictures that they show us are massive but they are pictures from another hotel.

The rooms are not as seen in the pictures. The room were very basic. For the first room we had an issue with the electrics as the key socket was broken. The second room did not have a shower enclosure thus flooding the bathroom every time. The AC was just a switch on the room and did not heat or cool the room. Also there were cats fighting continuously outside a window throughout the night.The third room , the door was very tight which lead to the frame breaking.The breakfast had a very basic spread- not many options. They did not even have hot water at breakfast. The worst experience was at checkout. They wanted to charge as for two water bottles that we did not even use saying that it was open. The bottle seals were intact bit they still charged us for the same.

I would say that they assigned us, I hope and believe, the worst rooms, ground floor and up to that ok, but my room had a bathroom without a place to put at least the toothbrush, there was no glass to close the shower box and not even towels and toilet paper, we asked for towels and they arrived but only the small ones, in short they didn't want to let us take a shower!!!! They do the cleaning but superficially, for breakfast, with what they charge for it I would say to go to the bar, it's so full around, in a word there was nothing good, not even tea!!!! Then as soon as we arrived they inundated us with information to do tours at very high prices, in short I would say that they don't make good advertising like this,, but with a little more there is really better, oh well that's how it went this time!!!

He is the only one who cares about customers
Rooms do not get cleaned at all (stained windows/toilet) and breakfast is very low quality and lazy
Sarnic "Garden" is like one Bush in a hallway
However you get a good view of the Sultan Ahmed Mosque in 3rd floor rooms

Great hotel in Istanbul, close to the tourist attractions. Friendly, attentive staff. Prices commensurate with quality. There is a large terrace on the roof with excellent views of the mosque lit up at night.

Very friendly staff. Terrasse has a beautiful view of the blue mosque. Dinner definitely not recommended, for drinks ok. However it is a noisy area the walls are thin, we had to switch rooms twice and received a supposingly none smoking room which it wasn’t. The breakfast ist limited in the variety and definitely not a recommendation for a person with dietary restrictions e.g. lactose intolerance gluten etc. Furniture is definitely over it’s live span, shower not working properly. Location is close to the blue mosque and Bahia Sophia. Due to the negative experience only 2 out of 5.

Ottoman style hotel with great location.
The hotel manager she was great very helpful with all concerns and had great service.
The breakfast provided was great aswell and for the price was great value due to location and room sizes as we got family suite.
Would highly recommend.

During our stay the whole 6 nights, there was no tea and coffee top up. The shower head was severely broken and need to be replaced as water was wasted during showering.
The coffee from the coffee machine for breakfast was exceptionally good.
