I admit that I am the type that wants nothing more than a clean bed and a shower from a hotel. In that regard it did well. The AC and the fridge were faulty (they worked, but not well and not easily controlled) and the elevators are tiny and faulty. The breakfast is very good, especially the menemen!

The area the hotel is placed in is a terrible area, very crowded and poor, scooters running you over, relatively noisy.

The good: However the hotel was overall pleasant, rooms were clean (minus the floors), they made our beds and changhed the towels, trash bags etc. They even left us some fruit on the last night. Big plus to the staff overall. We did not try the spa or their other facilities.
Breakfast was pretty varied and good, plenty of options to try.

The bad: The double room we were in had a toilet that was harder to flush. There is no detachable shower head, kind of hard to wash yourself with a shower head stuck on the wall. Wifi had issues.

Clean and comfortable rooms and beds. The only thing is you can hear chairs being moved on the floor above you (we stayed on the 6th floor and the restaurant was on the floor above us) so it was noisy between 0700 and 1000 hrs when breakfast was served. Our room had sea view and the restaurant has a nice view too. The breakfast is decent and overall they have a good variety. The A.C. in the room would cut out intermittently which was weird but not a huge deal. It's about 3 to 5 mins walk to the metro with great restaurants and shopping surrounding the hotel.

I have been there for 4 nights, old building but renewed, kind and supportive personals, clean, calm, near to best price market. good view, very good breakfast.
negative points: small and dark rooms

Due to the fact that it is located in the center of the city and the market, the space around the hotel is naturally crowded, but with double glazed windows, the sound outside is not annoying. The hotel staff is hospitable and spends time with the hotel guests. Two small things that should be considered in the future, one is that the light in the rooms is low. Second, toilet faucets need to be inspected.

Hotel is very smart and posh from outside and reception. Rooms are very basic and small.

Wifi and TV are terrible… so that doesn’t even work. Breakfast has a lot of stuff. Just nothing tasty or filling. Lots of cheeses and biscuits coffee viennas etc.

Location is in a back alley. A bit dodgy. And narrow roads.

Nice cozy halal hotel. Polite and professional staff. Good breakfasts. We stop for the second time. If there is a chance, we will come again. Very convenient location. Within a 7-10 minute accessibility is the Yenikapı metro station, which serves two metro lines: green and red. Also 7-10 minutes to another metro station, where you can get, for example, to Olivium. Also 12 minutes to the tram stop, where you can get to the main attractions: the Blue Mosque, Topkapi, Aya Sofya...
