My Palace Rooms Hotel SAW

The hotel has a good structure, but the staff is very smart and intrusive. The receptionist entered my room without permission and kept offering me massages and girls , almost forcing me to buy a service, at the end, he even sold me a kebab and charged me 20 dollars for a horrible kebab.
The room was dirty

Stay away from this! This is the worst hotel I've ever been to. The administration smiles, but it's a lie. We paid for breakfast but never received it. The bed was dirty. They also engage in illegal currency exchange and cheat customers on exchange rates.

The room had a bad smell the pillows were bad and the bed mattress was not comfortable and the air conditioning was not cold and the price was not worth it.

Room is dirty and lacks enough toiletries. They re- use soap and shampoo bottles. After one person finishes using them they take it and fill it with some dish soap and put it in your room🤣 I’ve traveled to south asian countries and never seen such a disgusting thing. Floor is dirty. The water boiler is dirty and probably someone was boiling his nasty socks inside. We wanted to prepare some tea but hell nah… Bed is small and hard. The room smells like cigarettes so bad. Like very strong smell. Even though we specifically said in the booking we want a non smoking room. A total disaster. Bad customer service. Everything needs to be improved. When you enter the room you can feel it’s very badly maintained and not cleaned properly. There was a sofa in the living room. It had stains all over it. There is no ventilation system. We opened the windows of the balcony for the whole day but the smoke smell was still very persistent… ROOM 313

Bad experience!
The hotel is very outdated and dying. When we arrive in the building, we can see that it is shared between several hotels sharing the rooms. Rooms are dirty, almost empty (kitchen cutboards were empty), no cooking tools, nothing. Only a couple a plates, one spoon and one knife.
The first room when we arrived had a shrill notice from the ventilation, so we ask to change to an other room. That happened without issue, the receptionist came and bring us to an other room. But then, we force us to have a "full package" experience with massage, hamam, etc... something that we did not wanted, but just going to the swimming pool, that would be probably included in the room payment. But apparently not, he took us probably 20min using pity, sadness and other strategies to make us pay this service (2000TL per person). We finally told him that we did not wanted to have this service and ask him with we can go to the swimming pool freely, and he told us the unreasonable price of 800TL per person per hour for the only use of the swimming pool...

That is really sad to see that even in an apparently 3 stars hotel, people still try to scam customers... 😥

So we came back to our dirty room to try to have a sleep, that was not easy as we were a little uncomfortable here. An other red flap was the loading screen on the TV which was an empty room of an apartment, from the living room ceiling, exactly as a spy camera could provide...

For a last night in Istanbul before the flight, it give us a bad feeling and a bad experience..

On the morning, during the check out, the receptionist (an other one) was very kind and provide us a taxi to the airport! After this last evening, it was finally a good point.

I stayed in this hotel and the service and the hotel is sacks.. very poor quality of services, the rooms are dirty, the washrooms are dirty and it is not meant to pay any penny here, mostly they are thieves....
