Arkem Hotel 2

Don’t book this hotel, they were racist towards me. Just because of my color they didn’t allow me to have one guest. They just assumed I was selling my body. Just because the guest I had was a male and I am a female.
2. They broke the law because in their website it’s written you can have guest but they humiliated me in front of other guests, even though I told them the guest is not here to stay, he just wanted to see the room I live.
3. Receptionist was rude and shouted at me. They don’t know how to be professionals in their job.
4. And after treating me this was, I unbooked the hotel because I didn’t want to stay were I was discriminated. Mind you other guests could have guests.
5. Book at this hotel at your own risk.
6. Now they r demanding me to pay for the whole month even though I un booked the hotel. If you going to behave this way it doesn’t matter if the hotel can’t be unbooked people are not going to stay at your hotels.
7. The level of disrespect I encountered in this hotel was huge.
8. I have the bookings and unbookings. I am going to uncover your lies. I lived in arkem hotel 2 when the incident happened. And I knew you are going to deny it. My name is Ikran and yeah I have unbooked your hotel from 6jun to 30 June because how I was treated.

An uncomfortable and unclean hotel. The receptionist treated me badly. I was refused entry less than half an hour before the appointment. Even there was no service from the hotel staff to help me enter the bags into a room. He refused and said we do not have employees who carry the bags.

I really got annoyed from the hotel administration, I stayed in the hotel 18 days and I am still staying at the hotel right now, my flight ticket date was changed 3 days earlier, so I asked them to refund 3 nights fees, unfortunately they refused, though I stayed with them 18 days. They said, there is no refund, but they didn't tell me that when I booked with, worth mentioning that I booked at the desk without any booking agency. on the other hand my room was good and enormous, the team was so helpful at the beginning, once i asked to change my room, they were pleased to change it.

As the saying goes, You get what you pay for! Unfortunately my wife booked it and paid 😪 12 nights 🌙! No refunds or cancelation by the hotel! They put us in the basement floor! Bathelroom and room smelled like a river of urine passing through! After realizing we can't get refund and I checked other rooms in the higher levels which had the same smell throughout the rooms,, Decided to buy cleaning supplies and sents to cover up the smell 🙃 😅 ! A little better, but would not go here again!

Room equipment seems to be made from cheap materials, constant smell in the room, stuff doesn’t even try to learn a word in English. Don’t recommend.

A bad deal wants everything quickly

room walls are too thin that you can easily listen the conversation of other room
