Bossuite Hotel Maltepe

If I was reading rewiews before we booked the room here, we wouldn't definitely stay there. But, people often forget that regardless of some mistakes in past, there is always room for improvement.
As a world traveller (travelled 70+ countries on 4 continents), I always have high expectations. We were expecting only a place to sleep over before our flight that was next day, thats why we choosed to stay since its close to main road going to airport.
My family have been using Istanbul as a connection airport for international flights for 20+ years, so we kind of knew the variety of hotels, suites, apartments etc. In a 15+ million people megapolis.
BOSSUITES is one of the cleanest places we stayed in Turkey in 20 years, isolation is very good (couldn't hear anyone else or any sound from outside). Guy from reception was very helpful and patient with all my requests and assistance needed for hours to talk to local company regarding my flight delay issues.
Room was very spacious and AC was working perfectly (crucial thing since it was 36°C outside).

Nice hotel, very close to the metro station. A special thanks to the receptionist (Kerem) who was very friendly and helpful.

Night staff not speaking English and not wearing face masks, hotel in need of upkeep. Room ample sized and clean, but no towels for the shower. Electrical sockets looking a little dangerous.
Breakfast starts late 8.30+ but they were kind enough to arrange if for me earlier and get a taxi for me. The mor Ing recpionsist spoke English. I was going to give 2 stars, but due to the morning care I give it now 4 stars.

why yes? Nice staff, excellent cleaning, large room, close to the metro. The restaurant downstairs is just wonderful.
Why not? No balcony, not everything works and no electricity by the bed. The garage near by makes a noise and a burnt smell during the day. Smelly old towels. Wifi sometimes dosn't work in room.
