It is nothing like the pictures you see, see added pictures, we reserved for 3 nights for a couple of friends, basing on pictures they have online, but the reality is seen on pictures i added, this was on 8 may 2024

Stayed there for few nights from 13th December .The reception staff are polite but they don't do what they say will do.
ROOM 201 ,keep it in your diary .Never accept this room .It's a room that have no access to daylight as it's blocked by other buildings and its very hot .You have to have lights on 24 hours otherwise you are in total darkness .You have to leave windows open at night to sleep .
I asked them to turn off heating but they sat its done but never worked .
IF YOU BOOK AND PAY IN ADVANCE THEY WILL TRY TO GIVE YOU THIS ROOM AND WILL SAY WE HAVE NO OTHER ROOM AVAILABLE.
Beds are not comfortable at all ,it's like you sleeping over a brick wall .Bathroom is very tiny and not clean
It's a value for money but spending another couple of hundred you get better hotel around the area and you will not regret .

I really had a terrible experience at this hotel. The room was not as nice as it shows in the pictures. The bed was uncomfortable and I had difficulty sleeping at night. The bathroom was in poor condition, properly Furthermore, the service from the staff was unsatisfactory. They didn't seem to care to help or solve my problems. It was really disappointing to spend my time and money in such a bad hotel. I will definitely not recommend it to anyone and I.!
I have to say that the staff service in this hotel was absolutely bad. And they did not want to help. Every time I had a question or a problem, I was met with indifference and indifference. Good location for why we were there, in the heart of the local community with plenty of street foods to taste at good prices.
The hotel was good for what it cost, but we had to ask for rooms to be cleaned and fresh towels on 2 occasions, as this was not done daily. I asked for toilet roll to be refilled twice and on day 3 decided to buy some instead, there was a funky smell from the drains, the sink had a leak that was dealt with when mentioned and the heating was on full 24/7. An experience but one that I looked at positively to make the most of my time there, but was ready to go home on day 8...

Rooms are ok, kind of clean, a bit small, the window view is nothing to count on, bathroom is under all critics (the toilet seat is weirdly placed, you need to sit in an awkward angle)
The main door is not sound shield.
The AC is of an old model so it's not that good but the temperature inside the room is manageable.
The lobby is very warm
The enternace is not suitable for people with special needs.
The internet in my room never worked kbad quality signal)

This is a sham..specially the man of the reception.
Dont make reservation with them because when you will reach the hotel they will say you that they haven t reservation and propose you room with double price.
I hope that booking.com take very strong disposition against them.

The hotel do not deserve 1 star, very dirty, smell of smoke in the room, they claimed they are soundproof but this is not the case, the light is coming inside the street and only partial curtain, only two towels in the room, no cover, we booked 4 nights but after the first night we left the hotel and went to hilton and we are happy now with hilton

Very good hotel price and quality. Do not hastate to choose it when staying in Istanbul. The staff especially Kadir and Hussam are very friendly and helpful. 5 out of 5. I stayed here for 13 days here and only good impressions.

Dirty amd filthy, there was insects coming from the wall, and the room was next to the elevator so annoying
