Worst experience ever! Please don't choose this hotel! Very dirty and the rooms are extremely tiny. We had the worst sleep ever.

This hotel is very very bad. The staff has no respect for us, the room was awful, dirty, bad smell, soo tiny room for 4 beds, no place to walk, no view, no water, no TV. We payed for 2 single beds and 1 twin bed, and we gave us 2 twins. The room was very very dirty like you see in the pictures (they said is very clean), a lot of noise outside, no room service, we payed room for 2 nights with breakfast, and in breakfast we didnt eat becouse it only had bad cheese, tomatoes and bread nothing else, and most important no coffee in the morning no nothing. No shampoo, fridge not working, no places to charge your phone, or anything. Very very bad and sory for one star review cuz google wants a star to review it, but it deserves 0 stars, and 0 costumers. This place should close as soon as possible. Better go and sleep in the streets of Istanbul or by the sea, than in this terrible place. Very bad place, people drunk in the road, stupid and fighting eveywhere for nothing.

we made the reservation for one week, but we only stay one night this play is not what we saw on the pictures is totally different no recommended for family with young kids is too dirty

I tried this hotel in May 2022. I was confused because of negative reviews but it wasn't that bad. The sheets and towels were clean, however I preferred to use my own. Breakfast was so simple but good enough to start a day. Location is great, it is 10 minutes walk to Mahmutpasha Bazaar, 20 minutes to Grand Bazaar. You may use Halic subway station by less than 10 minutes walk. In my opinion the location was secure with good access to grocery store if you need. Staff were friendly and I have to say considering the price, it was a good deal. Remember this Hotel doesn't have elevator and safe box.

Worst place ever i tried it one night couldn't complete it's like a imprisonment not clean with bugs and humidity stuff are tuff worst ever

The worst place you can choose is this hotel, do not be fooled by false advertisements, there is no elevator, the restaurant manager will not let you eat as much as you want for breakfast, they will treat you the worst. There is no trash can in the room, even in the toilet, a dangerous neighborhood, once a tour leader was attacked in this place and his cell phone was stolen, do not be fooled by fake stars,

It was an awful hotel. I was there for three night. I saw lots of cockroachs in my room, at first I changed my room but the other room had many cockroachs too. The district of this hotel was so bad and ugly. In my view the only good point of this hotel was a good accessibility to transportation.

Good location, the whole touristical places around u, and one thing made this Hotel amazing, is it Manager Mr Ahmet, the best place to stay in for anyone wanna explore Istanbul.

This hotel was too noisy (all day and night) that I could not sleep at all, even on the third floor. The stairs were dirty which I saw cockroaches on my arrival. The room floors were dusty, and the beds were messy with no beddings and the pillows were dirty. The inside of my room refrigerator was dirty and I could see yellow stains everywhere. There was no electricity plug around the beds, but there was only one left on the wall near the TV! there were no slippers in the room nor the toilet and I had to ask for them from the hotel reception, however, the hotel receptionist only understood Turkish! The wifi-internet of the hotel had a terrible connection. The breakfast was so simple but, thankfully was safe enough to eat.
