Even if it is located in the central place, it is a big disadvantage. Taxi's cannot go next to the hotel, so we had to carry our big suitcases from 400-500 m from a street that is filled with night clubs and drunk people. Transportation from this place to other touristic places is also problematic due to traffic. Also, too noisy location. Another big disadvantage is no laundry service and breakfast is available.

One of the worst hotels I visited in Turkey... We took a family room for an almost large amount, which means we expected the room to be beautiful and respectable for a family of 3 peoples …What surprised me was a very bad room, especially not clean at all, very dirty, the floor when we entered was filled with human hair , The walls of the room are filled with moisture... The microwave is not usable due to the absence of the special inner plate and very dirty with bad smell …The refrigerator is not able to store baklava or anything else because water drips from it, submerges it and even reaches the floor of the room…this hotel caused me sadness on my vacation and we didnt ask for another room because the other family rooms had worst problems … finally ..details that pictures can describe better

My friend was staying at this hotel, I needed to leave a package at reception for her (a small bag), I wasn’t aware of her room number. Nizam at reception asked me for their names, after flipping through a file, he said no one by that name is staying in the hotel. Nizam was not being helpful and he was speaking with impatience and was visibly annoyed. I then told him that i approached him well and kindly and I didn’t like that he was being rude. He then stood up, accused me of being rude (I didn’t even raise my voice at him), and he started shouting at me, pointing his finger and became a little aggressive. I then told him that we can gladly open the camera to confirm that all I did was tell him that I approached him kindly and did not appreciate how we was speaking and treating me. I asked for the manager, he said he was not there, I asked what time he will come, he said he doesn’t know, I asked for the managers name, he said he did not know. He then opened the hotel door, and made me wait outside while my friend came downstairs. Although I was not staying at this hotel, does this behavior to outsiders justify it? As a woman, I did not feel safe. I did not call my friend initially because it was early and thought (like any other hotel) they would be helpful. I asked him to check the system for their names, he didn’t even check. Clearly Nizam is not cut out for any job that requires him to interact with other humans. 3 minutes after he kicked me out and made me wait outside because he said he was busy and had other work, Nizam then came outside for a cigarette break. Very busy man indeed. Racism is real. Be cautious of where you book a hotel. This is now for the admin, please do not reply with a response unless you reach out to me and after I have spoken to your manager. Thanks

I have no good experience in this hotel breakfast is not available in the hotel n they have arrange breakfast with other restaurant n that restaurant people treat us like bigger n serve breakfast for us is not respectable way n this is very uncomfortable what we feel for eg the eggs they bring just 2 eggs fry we request to please bring just make omelette they restaurant staff flatly refused n said this is fix breakfast 😀 so sad n not happy to book breakfast with this hotel
