This hotel has been one of the worst hotels iv ever been to. Even worse than 3 star hotels. The staff forgets everything constantly(forgot to call taxi for airport, forgot to bring room key and they forget to bring water to your room or bring tissues to your table when you ask them to), they call overpriced taxi's for you and the driver charges even more money when you are in the car. They don't understand basic English and the rooms are horrible.

Excellent hotel and service, the place is very close to everything, free luggage storage services, good breakfast. I thank all the hotel staff, for the good treatment and reception.

I really can't understand why you talk only your language, you deal with tourists every day, its disrespectful. The hotel needs total renovation!!! Especially the toilet in the room. Also, the windows need to be replaced as it is impossible to sleep because of the constant noises of the street. Taxim square and Istiklal street 1 min away. The wifi was great 👍

Location is next to none. Literally 1 minute walk from Taksim square. The amenities were good. Gym didn’t disappoint. Room service and reception on the other hand were not as helpful as you’d hope. The cleaning staff were super friendly and nice. Although it’s located in a busy area the rooms were not noisy not a lot of stress noise at least. The breakfast was good specially the pastries.

I really don't know what they are talking about. The rooms were extremely small and dirty. When we asked to clean the room, they didn't know how to clean and charge. His breakfast was very weak. Considering the price of this hotel, it was expected to be better, but unfortunately, it was very bad, and with this price range, you can find a better place.

Best place to have a rest with family with lot of respect from staff specially ms. NAZ and her brother which are working in gym and spa receptions. Very tasty breakfast with many options. Good location and very close to the shopping centre. Highly recommended .

Stayed here for 3 nights and had a good experience. The hotel‘s location is very nice, in the beginning of Taksim street, but away from the noise so you almost don’t hear anything and can sleep at night!
The staff is good as well, we got assisted by Idris and Eylül, they helped during our stay.
The breakfast options are good as well, and the staff in the restaurant is super attentive! Amazing job. The view from the terrace is beautiful too.
The only thing is that it’s a bit old in general, but we still enjoyed it!

The Hotel should get zero stars! Not 4!
The standard rooms are not standard at all! They have a surprisingly small and tight bathroom! The bidet is not good either! It will make all your seat and pants wet!
The staff doesn't know english and they won't understand what you really need. And the reception is not polite to your request!
