Location is next to none. Literally 1 minute walk from Taksim square. The amenities were good. Gym didn’t disappoint. Room service and reception on the other hand were not as helpful as you’d hope. The cleaning staff were super friendly and nice. Although it’s located in a busy area the rooms were not noisy not a lot of stress noise at least. The breakfast was good specially the pastries.

I really don't know what they are talking about. The rooms were extremely small and dirty. When we asked to clean the room, they didn't know how to clean and charge. His breakfast was very weak. Considering the price of this hotel, it was expected to be better, but unfortunately, it was very bad, and with this price range, you can find a better place.

Best place to have a rest with family with lot of respect from staff specially ms. NAZ and her brother which are working in gym and spa receptions. Very tasty breakfast with many options. Good location and very close to the shopping centre. Highly recommended .

Stayed here for 3 nights and had a good experience. The hotel‘s location is very nice, in the beginning of Taksim street, but away from the noise so you almost don’t hear anything and can sleep at night!
The staff is good as well, we got assisted by Idris and Eylül, they helped during our stay.
The breakfast options are good as well, and the staff in the restaurant is super attentive! Amazing job. The view from the terrace is beautiful too.
The only thing is that it’s a bit old in general, but we still enjoyed it!

The Hotel should get zero stars! Not 4!
The standard rooms are not standard at all! They have a surprisingly small and tight bathroom! The bidet is not good either! It will make all your seat and pants wet!
The staff doesn't know english and they won't understand what you really need. And the reception is not polite to your request!
In summary: WORST HOTEL EVER!

For every thing you need you must tell them! Even water it won't be charged every day. The breakfast was ok but the coffee and juss was so watery!
But the redeption section has good staff . They are helpfull and respectful

I've stayed here for 2 nights in a business trip recently. The hotel is located in the center of Istanbul tourist area. In our voucher was written free transfer but they didn't accept us for transfer from Istanbul airport. The rooms are cozy but don't except much. Worthy to note that although my room was in the 1st floor and the place around was crowded I didn't have much challenge to rest comfortably.
Its breakfast is exceptional with lots of choices.

i have booked deluxe room for 4night in holloween . but i have only 1 night stay in this hotel because this room is very very bad service and so much dirty room and not good services !! For example, starter service in any hote’s is house keeping and this hotel basicly servise example sleepers dirty !! Im advice to all passenger: if you dirty person thisbis good idea for you !
