Excellent hotel and service, the place is very close to everything, free luggage storage services, good breakfast. I thank all the hotel staff, for the good treatment and reception.

I really can't understand why you talk only your language, you deal with tourists every day, its disrespectful. The hotel needs total renovation!!! Especially the toilet in the room. Also, the windows need to be replaced as it is impossible to sleep because of the constant noises of the street. Taxim square and Istiklal street 1 min away. The wifi was great 👍

The hotel is an old room, some of which are in poor condition, and the bathrooms are narrow and not clean

Gonen Hotel was a good stay little old fashion but staff were very polite and amazing to help customers specifically Mohamed and Idris they were amazing we hope next time we come to stay on a new room furniture an new flooring

Location is next to none. Literally 1 minute walk from Taksim square. The amenities were good. Gym didn’t disappoint. Room service and reception on the other hand were not as helpful as you’d hope. The cleaning staff were super friendly and nice. Although it’s located in a busy area the rooms were not noisy not a lot of stress noise at least. The breakfast was good specially the pastries.
