Wonderful hotel at reasonable price. My flight arrived early and they let me use the room starting at 10AM. The room was spacious and in excellent upkeep, the floor was still wet after mopping when I came in. Amazingly my room even had some view of the Bosphorus. Everybody was friendly and helpful. This hotel doesn't have breakfast, but they serve a very good coffee. Tip; go to the pastry shop next door, grab a box of baklava and eat it with the coffee.

I stayed at the hotel for a week and I thank them for everything: the reception, the welcome, the constant smile, the quick response, and the cleaning staff. I would like to thank in particular the reception staff, Samia, Jawhar, Furqan, and Wajdat. They were extremely respectful and kind, and I hope they will be honored because they deserve it. I will return to Istanbul to this hotel again and I will tell my family and friends about it. Thank you 🤍

Elevator Is Not working and Is dizaster to
Gonio and Down every time. stairs Is very narrow. Hotel integrating residentional building next to The main builiding and opening New corridor, So Safty procedure In case of emergancy is fully falid.

An incredible experience, location is central, access to everything, the rooms are so clean, the cleaning services team are nice ams welcoming with warm reception. All the receptionists are excellent, especially SEMA, She’s a gem, very hospitable and kind.

The hotel is situated in an excellent location, and the manager, Johar, along with Samma, provides outstanding service. I always enjoy interacting with them during my stay; they are truly some of the best people I've met. I highly recommend this hotel for its clean rooms and exceptional service.

Location and staff ( burak & melih ) are very good ,, but the most horrible thing is that the hotel very noisy!! Simply you can hear everything happening in the street because the windows are not sealed enough to isolate the outside noisy !! In a addition you can hear the clear sound that coming from onther room !! Something very noisy! You can’t even to take a rest and sleep !!!

The hotel is located right by the Metro in the center so that's something. It an be a bit loud at night though. The staff is just the kindest and rooms are clean+adequate

The staff was very nice nd honest nd the facility they provide are also very good if u r a forigner than u dnt need to carry any extra luggage except ur cloths :) if u r staying in taxim suits:):) had an homely experience
