The entire experience was excellent, from the comfortable rooms to the outstanding service.Wonderful location.The room was clean and nice. The best part was the breakfast. You really had a variety of different things to eat, we loved it!

We had an incredible time in Istanbul, and thanks to Weindgart hotel it made our experience 10x better. The hotel was lovely and clean at all time, staff were very professional and helpful at any time of day, would definitely recommend to any one looking to come to Istanbul 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼

We booked a $100 per night room at Weingart Istanbul Hotel, but upon arrival, we were told our room had been ‘upgraded’ and sent to Weingart Port Hotel, which felt more like a motel. The ‘upgrade’ was actually a room on the 4th floor with no elevator🥲. When we complained, they simply told us there was nothing they could do. Worst customer service ever!
After spending a night at Weingart Port, we returned to the main hotel, only to find our new room dirty and poorly maintained. The air conditioning didn’t work, making it impossible to sleep in the heat. Even after informing the staff, their response was that they couldn’t fix it.
I paid for a room with basic amenities, but neither the room nor the services were acceptable, which is extremely disappointing. The entire stay was frustrating, from bad service to poor management. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t improve even after changing hotels. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Nice hotel, well-situated with tram, bus, ferry, funicular nearby. The staff are the sweetest, specially the cleaning lady on the 5th floor. The breakfast was a bit repetitive with little options for sweet pastries, but the rest of the buffet was correct.
There is occasional noise from the street but nothing that won't make you sleep.

I stayed in this hotel last year and this year , the hotel had a major drop in the level of cleanliness and organization. This hotel was great last year . To be specific, when we check in the bathroom was dirty with stains over the door handle and toilet buttons. These stains were easily cleanable with tissue and water but their cleaning process is so poor they did not clean obvious things. The carpet was dirty with stains everywhere, basically It was disgusting. The fact these stains on bathroom make me lose trust in their care of cleanness
Inter term of organization, they asked for a deposit to give me a extra key card which I paid , when I check out they were hesitant to give the money back and asked about the look of the person who took the money.
The other issue which show their disorganization; after i checkout we left our baggages in reception but when I came back they did not find them and turn out they were send to the room for new customer .
The positive acpects about the hotel , the bed sheets and towels were clean , location was great , most of the staff is friendly and trying to help.
This hotel was better and administration need to invest more in training their staff to keep their business

I make a reservation for 3 nights stay at the hotel,reserving room for single person.
When I arive at the hotel,kind receptionist briefly informed me that I reserved “economic” room,wich means room without a window,at the same time offering me to extra pay for room with the window.
I refuse to pay any extra and eventually get my windowless room,wich was pretty good,fairly clean,with properly working AC,but when considering price,paying that ammount for windowless room was absolute rip off,that’s the main reason why I only give a star for room.
Breakfast was not abundant tipically Turkish,it was just ok.
Location is truely very good,50m from train station,with plenty of bars and restaurants close to it.

Very clean hotel with great location and excellent service from staff members.

Location-wise, it’s amazing! Every tourist spot that we wanted to visit is just around the corner. Erisa herself is helpful accommodating and the sweetest. The rest of the staff were really helpful and warm. It is our first time in Istanbul, and we will surely come back and stay in the same hotel.
