Weingart Istanbul

I stayed in this hotel last year and this year , the hotel had a major drop in the level of cleanliness and organization. This hotel was great last year . To be specific, when we check in the bathroom was dirty with stains over the door handle and toilet buttons. These stains were easily cleanable with tissue and water but their cleaning process is so poor they did not clean obvious things. The carpet was dirty with stains everywhere, basically It was disgusting. The fact these stains on bathroom make me lose trust in their care of cleanness

Inter term of organization, they asked for a deposit to give me a extra key card which I paid , when I check out they were hesitant to give the money back and asked about the look of the person who took the money.
The other issue which show their disorganization; after i checkout we left our baggages in reception but when I came back they did not find them and turn out they were send to the room for new customer .
The positive acpects about the hotel , the bed sheets and towels were clean , location was great , most of the staff is friendly and trying to help.
This hotel was better and administration need to invest more in training their staff to keep their business

The bathrooms were outdated and dirty. The room was very small, there wasn’t even a wardrobe or closet. The blankets were too small for the bed, we had to request extra blankets. The walls are very thin and the door is not rigid. And WORST OF ALL, THEIR STAFF WALKED IN ON US INSIDE THE ROOM! They didn’t even knock or make sure if anyone was inside the room, a man simply walked in from their staff, which is completely unacceptable and has never happened to us anywhere else. It wasn’t even housekeeping, just someone from their front desk!
