Mert Seaside Hotel (Adult only +16)

Just home from this establishment, very very disappointed. Cleanliness could not be faulted and food was OK if you are a salad-loving vegetarian, but very little in the way of meat! The real disappointment was in the drinks-supposed to be all-inclusive but the alcohol was unavailable( run out apparantly!) for most of the time, and when there was any, it was watered down to within an inch of it's life! Felt sorry for staff, they received the brunt of everyone's anger over this, but management were just not receptive to complaints-their answer was a shrug of the shoulders and walk away. This hotel doesn't even deserve 1 star due to the attitude of those in charge...will NOT be back

Worse hotel I have ever stayed at 4 star wouldn't give it a 1 star staff so ignorant 2 u asking tip 2 fill your drink that where watered down if u could even get a drink run in out all time fwd well where do I start chips rice o salad for breakfast not even a toaster there onion rings more rice and salad and tea more o less the same allincusive shocking ate out most the wck o even if u tried eat no plates eat off saucer 1 time as no plates just shocking broke my heart as it was mine and partners 1 holiday 2geather could go on and on should never b on the web at all hotel staff fwd disgrace wouldn't give it a o???

worse hotel ever been here 3 times before when it was cle seaside was adults only not anymore we have at least 7 kids there now. food inedible and drinks very watered down which they keep running out of anyway. no fruit juice. the manager has no customer relations skill and his answer to sorting problems is to shrug his shoulders and walk away.so save money and go elsewherem
