Epic Hotel

Absolutely terrible hotel, most the staff can't speak or understand English so major language barrier, the rooms are terrible, first time I opened the room door I had a stink hit me straight in the face. My room didn't get cleaned for 5 days with no clean towels on my last 3 days. The food is absolutely terrible, no variety (eg, 1 type of dessert) if you like salad you'll love it here. Got fed raw omelette on first morning. Got to pay for water if your all inclusive, also the prices at the bar is crazy, pop to the migros across the road and stock up on drink because its double at the hotel. Absolutely 0 entertainment for 2 weeks I was there. Was lucky if we had abit of music by the pool in the days. Catered for the Turkish that was there, they had parties out by the pool and all sorts. Please read reviews before booking this hotel!

The food was absolutely disgusting wasn't English food it only catered for themselves all inclusive but spent every morning and night eating out but not recommend this hotel pay the big extra stay somewhere else you will be very disappointed if you stay here 😒

Terrible the all inclusive should be 10 till 10 the shut it at 8 and refused to give us drinks they only care if ur blonde and the food was terrible there are some nice staff here but the others are horrible to you I would of rather sleep on the street than ever stay here again save you money and stay somewhere better

Well we do you start you get what you literally pay for what they don't tell you is that as soon as you get you have to pay for the air con so before you even get to your room you have to pay 340TL okay we went half bord was literally "OK" nothing else food was the same stuff different day but it's cheap enough to eat out anyway but the only thing that annoyed me the most was the room now we only slept in witch that's all you want to do we was on the top floor so floor 4 and every room expt ours was nice it felt like they done all the other rooms up expt ours bit of a let down really so won't be going back any time soon

Me and my 2 friends went last week we stay at Epic hotel.hotel is very bad people don't know how to speak.
Dinner time there close water ask people to pay for water food is rubbish we stay there all week same food.
Please if u want to go don't book this hotel .
I had very bad experiences.

Pool ok but very few umbrellas. Rooms quite small and the worst half board experience of our life, the buffet menu is worse than bad. We decided after trying dinner that we would be eating out every morning and night. You can buy a full English breakfast from them for 11 TL which is wonderful (but why should you when you've paid for half board right ... and why can't they serve it in the buffet ???..) oh and a drink with your half board meal/breakfast is extra and not included lol.
Also don't plan on a late night or you will miss breakfast as its only served between 7.30 - 9.30 !!! No tea or coffee in the room and one cup and one glass. The use of our safe cost us an extra £35 for our 10 day stay and air con is extra too, £5/day...
If you treat this as a cheap self catering place it's not too bad for the money though, spoken to several people around the pool who come back every year.
