Cinar Family Suite Hotel - All Inclusive

Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the experience was unpleasant. The staff at the reception were very unfriendly and showed no interest in helping us. They were unwelcoming and made us feel like we were bothering them with even the simplest questions or requests.
The rooms were in terrible condition. The furniture was outdated, everything felt worn down, and there was a strong, unpleasant smell in the room that never went away. On top of that, the cleanliness was unacceptable. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, and the overall hygiene of the room was far below what you would expect from any decent hotel.

Unfortunately, the food was just as bad. Every meal we had was low in quality and tasted bland. After eating, we consistently experienced stomach aches, which made us question the hygiene and freshness of the ingredients. It was clear that the food was not prepared with proper care or standards.

Overall, we would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It was a very uncomfortable experience, and we were relieved when our stay was finally over.

I genuinely think this hotel isnt the best, the staff are excellent, the food was good but they had the same thing everyday, the pools were great. The rooms weren't really good, there was only 1 air conditioning that barely blew anything. the bed mattress was hard. The tvs audio were permanently translated to turkish and they had the weirdest channels. The cleaners had okay attitude but their cleaning skills were honestly awful. The most annoying part was that the whole hotels power literally turned off, pitch black it was awful. It happened after they did the entertainment for the kids. Overall i wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all

Stayed here for 10 nights in July with my son. We arrived late and as the bar closed at 10PM we couldn’t get a drink but there was water in the room which was good.

The food selection and food itself were horrible. There were like 6 items to pick from and it was all undercooked and horrible. The restaurant bar was closed everytime and had to leave the restaurant and get a drink from the pool bar and if did the staff would take plate away. We eat out almost every night which cost more than what I wanted to spend.

The main / big pool was freezing, like so cold I had to get out a few times and ended up using the smaller pool which got really busy when the slides were on. There wasn’t enough sun loungers either so we had to share or sit at the table.

The rooms too wasn’t the best and we struggled to open the door a few times.

Overall it’s a horrible hotel and wouldn’t recommend it.

Where do I start we come here for a family holiday the food is disgusting the rooms are very basic with mould on the ceiling the staff are incredibly rude and there is an old man in a wheelchair that sits and watches the children go down the slide and watches them play in the pool which is disgusting I recommend not to bring your children here there no entertainment and the all inclusive bar closes at 10pm the slides are open twice a day for 1 hour I highly recommend not coming here

Where to start. To be fair, before booking we did read the reviews, and I therefore wasnt expecting alot. However, the reviews on here are a true reflection of this hotel. It is shockingly bad. We arrived to be greeted by a very smelly scruffy man asking us to upgrade to all inclusive, and it will cost us £400 we declined as we went with the intention of eating out, he wasnt happy, then he asked if we want to upgrade the room for £160 yet we hadnt even been in the room yet so we declined again and he wasnt happy so first impression was not good. We went to our room and it was extremely dirty, with mould on the walls and ceiling, the aircon over flow in the room was a pipe drilled through the wall to the bathroom with the pipe going into a drain in the floor but hey we was grateful for the aircon. We didnt have toilet rolls, so when I approached the man for loo roll, he asked me what do i expect for £150 euros a night and didnt do a thing so on the way back i notice a ground floor cleaning cupboard and took them myself. We did stay self catering but yet the majority of people on the all inclusive were eating out too, there were 2 families alleging food poisioning. The pool bar was absolute rubbish, and the staff had no idea what they were doing, we asked for 3 sex on the beach cocktails and got vodka and pineapple in a coffee cup. The staff were unhelpful, rude and just do not care, but i did get the impression that if the owners dont care, why should we. We were there 5 nights and left today 13th Sept, each time we went to our room we had to walk past a broken toliet seat and soiled matress, there is rubbish piles in corners of tne pool areas with broken chairs sunbeds etc. The whole hotel is a discrace and somewhere that needs alot of tidying up. We were going to do the review whilst there, but felt we would be thrown out if we did. Awful hotel, awful staff, awful service and they just dont deserve to be in business. Dont go...

Booked a holiday here last minute and to be honest nothing but disappointment. When we first arrived there was no bed for my child even though we booked a double room with a child. The food is very very limited, if you had fussy children you would be in trouble. No entertainment, place is completely flat. Staff are rude when you ask for anything above extra. The bar closes at 10, therefore after you can’t get nothing more, meal times are very short. The whole place needs a revamp, I would not recommend anyone to stay here

Hotel food was terrible only allowed 1 drink regardless soft or alcoholic.
Some of the staff were really helpful Some didn't want to know.
When talking to local people they said this is the worst hotel in the area.
Only good the thing about this hotel is the Crown restaurant across the road food is amazing and staff are amazing as well.
